We enjoyed a relaxing break in a well run, clean and beautiful hotel, with exceptionally friendly and welcoming hosts.

Pros: Rooms were a good size and very comfortable. The staff were exceptional and attentive to all our needs. The location was ideal in that you could walk into the nearby village and go for beautiful countryside walks without needing to get in the car. And even our dog was made to feel very welcome!

Pros: Very spacious suite with a balcony and great view. All modern and clean. 2 large screen televisions (1 at each level). Friendly and efficient service. Good wi-fi. Free parking. Located half an hour drive from Bolzano and on the scenic road number ss48. Excellent breakfast. We received guest cards that allowed us free entrance to museums and free rides on cable cars and mountain trains at Bolzano's area. It saved us a lot of money.

Pros: Very friendly staff. Amazing location with spectacular views. We only spent a night there but could have stayed much longer. We stayed in the family rom and it was super - plenty of space!

Relax con vista mozzafiato!

Pros: Staff estremamente cordiale. Camere moderne, pulite e spaziose con una vista mozzafiato sulle vigne e sulle montagne. Area saune molto pulita e curata. Colazione con prodotti freschi e di qualità. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo!

Cons: L'orario di apertura delle saune era 15-19, sarebbe bello poterci accedere la mattina e/o fino a più tardi la sera. Personalmente ho trovato l'acqua della piscina era un po' fredda per farci il bagno

Pros: Wunderschönes gemütliches neu renoviertes modernes Hotel. Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an wohlgefühlt. Die Chefleute und das gesamte Personal waren ausgesprochen freundlich. Das Frühstück war unglaublich gut und frisch. Auch das Essen im Restaurant ist sehr zu empfehlen.

Super Hotel, top Frühstück!

Pros: Ein sehr schönes Haus im privaten Weinbergareal gelegen, ein grosser Garten ringsherum. Der Chef und seine Frau Silvia sind einfach klasse, extrem hilfsbereit und immer guter Laune! Auch mit weiteren Reisetipps für die nächsten Tage wurden wir gut versorgt, vielen Dank dafür. Das Hotel ist mit über 40 Zimmern ziemlich gross mit vielen verschachtelten Fluren, Aufzügen und Etagen, nach dem dritten Bier kann man sich hier schon einmal verlaufen. Ein Tipp: Das Haus ist sehr „verkehrsgünstig gelegen“ und es empfiehlt sich beim Chef nach einem Zimmer mit Talblick nachzufragen, wir hatten ein sehr schönes mit Balkon und Blick auf die Burg. Das Frühstück? Superklasse, absolut top und vielseitig, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Unser Fazit: Sehr empfehlenswert!

Sentirsi a casa. Cosa sperare di piu?

Pros: Tutto. Non c’è una virgola fuori posto. Il Tenz sorprende per bellezza e pulizia. L’accoglienza del personale è tale da farti sentire da subito, come uno di famiglia. Il ristorante credo non abbia pari. Thomas è un padrone di casa eccellente. Presente con gli ospiti dal primo mattino, fino a tarda sera, sempre allegro e disponibile. Spero di tornare presto.

Cons: Debbo dire, francamente, nulla.
