Hotel Elefant

Nice hotel

Pros: We were going to Olympic events and chose hotel as close to shuttle buses. Staff were friendly and hotel was near to restaurants and some shops. We had a room with one double and two singles as four of us travelling. Bathroom was very small and room slightly cramped due to the number of beds but it was comfortable and clean. Is a little walk from the train station. Breakfast was very nice.

Cons: Bathroom was little cramped.

I want to stay again

Pros: Nice and cozy hotel in one of the most amazing places on earth. Great to have breakfast included if you're not accustomed to the European way of breakfast. This place will not disappoint. Super close to the train station (you can walk and the bus stop is also very close).

Cons: Language is a problem if you don't speak Italian or German (I think). We had trouble check in, we speak English and Spanish. But staff tried their best to give us our room and information about our stay.

Easy, delightful, and full of ambiance - definitely recommend for large families.

Pros: Convenient location off the motorway in a quaint Tyrolean village. Parking was free. Hotel is well kept and the staff are delightful. Rooms are air conditioned - which is definitely appreciated considering when we were travelling. Would definitely stay here again with my family of six.

Cons: Restaurant prices are a bit steep.

Pros: This is my third stay at the Hotel Elefant and every time has been either cycling too Italy from the UK or from Italy to the UK. It has always been a perfect stay as well. This time we were 3 long distance cyclists riding from the UK to Italy. Very friendly welcome from the young receptionist. Very comfortable large room in the annexe which I recommend because it is very quiet. Very good, busy restaurant with a very good fixed price menu. Good breakfast and very good, very secure bike storage with electric power sockets and a workshop pump. Highly recommended and I will stay here again. In fact this stay was was even better than my last two stays.

Cons: It was all perfect

Travelling with family.

Pros: Perfect location and easy way to travel from highway. Underground parking lot available for hotel quest. Great solution in hot summer. Hotel staff is very pleased and willing to help. The hotel room was very clean, and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was tasty and varied. There was a playground for kids available in the backyard. We could had only one night stay because we were traveling.

Cons: There is nothing to mention.

Pros: Hotel en centre ville proche de tout commerce. Très calme. Direction arrangeante avec l’heure d'arrivée.

Would stay again if in the region!

Pros: Comfortable space and a delicious breakfast. The staff was helpful and kind as well. They also included a free bus/train pass for the region during our stay, which was quite helpful!

Cons: A small maintenance issue with the shower when we first arrived, but it was immediately addressed and fixed when brought to the staff.

Pros: Schöne Lage mitten in der Stadt. Du kannst ein schönes, komfortables Zimmer und ein sehr nettes, hilfsbereites Team erwarten. Essen sehr lecker im hauseigenen Restaurant. Parken in der Rathausgarage (fussläufig 2 Minuten) mit Hotelticket gut möglich.
