Perfect place

Comfortable and relaxing

Pros: We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The view from the balcony was beautiful, creating a sense of peace and relaxation throughout our stay. Check-in was quick and smooth, and we received helpful explanations about the area right from the start. During our visit, the staff kindly sent us excellent recommendations for local markets, restaurants, and activities, which really enriched our experience. Breakfast was very good. Our kids had a great time in the playroom. We would definitely love to come back!

Pros: Excellent breakfast, comfy bed, friendly and helpful staffs.

Cons: There is some noise from street in front of the hotel. (Luckily the street was not so busy at night.)

Will stay same hotel next time, the location is in the middle of dolomites area.

Pros: Room is big and comfortable with a beautiful view. Breakfast is excellent! Staff, Ms Mariana is very helpful and good organizer!

Great experience!

Pros: Spacious, clean and comfortable room. Breakfast was exceptional. So was the staff, always available to help. Beautifully located.

Cons: The only thing I did not appreciate was the fact that they charge for the water available within the little fridge in the room. It’s true they let you know the price list next to the fridge so they are informing in advance that the water is not for free, however I believe that the hotel is costly enough and at least a free bottle of water would have been a nice gesture. Other than that, everything was perfect!
