Hotel Venezia

Pros: Various breakfast with real coffee ( not from automat )

A great family-run refurbished hotel.

Pros: Room very clean and nicely renovated. Good shower. Friendly staff. Food served in restaurant was of a high quality.

Cons: Room was too hot, even with the heating switched off. Opening the window means tolerating road noise. Spa facilities can get crowded due to limited opening times. Hot tub is not very hot.

Pros: The breakfast was good - too many grain-based things for my liking, but there's no other way in Italy. They also offer scrambled eggs. Plus, yoghurt is available. I loved the sauna and pool included in the price. In many other places I checked, you had to pay extra for those, which is odd since you are paying 150€+ a night anyway in the mountains. The staff made us feel very welcome throughout our stay; we even ended up staying an extra night.

Cons: Sauna and SPA time ends too early. If you want to come in late from a hike, then you totally miss it. It should last until 21 or so.

The hosts were incredibly welcoming. The room was clean and comfortable and the spa/swimming pool was great!

Pros: The property is in a great location, in walking distance to nearby Caprile.

Pros: Excellent breakfasts and very nice, friendly and customer-oriented staff! The restaurant served excellent dinners too. Great location in the heart of Dolomites, while all facilities, like restaurants, shop and such are nearby. The hotel has a really nice standard as for the alpine facility, with own restaurant, spa, cafe/bar and is very clean.

Cons: Prices seemed much higher on the long weekend days than what is usually expected for such a facility. Our room's equipment didn't match overall standard of the hotel: A/C didn't work reliably and furniture and walls looked like from nineties. Although bathroom seemed to be renovated recently, so nothing really bad.

Good quality, nice staff, fair prices

Pros: The staff was very helpful and friendly. We needed some clothes washed so staff made it happen the same night and we got out clothes washed and folded in the morning. The food and drinks in hotel was nice. The rooms was clean and spacious enough. Overall a very good stay.

Good price/quality relation

Pros: The rooms and the swimming pool were fantastic. It is an old hotel but they have renovated these areas. It is nice to come back from a long day in the mountains and being able to relax in the pool and spa. The room and bathroom were big and modern and we had a fantastic view to the mountains from the balcony. The restaurant was also a highlight, great service and good comfort food. All the staff was attentive and helpful.

Cons: The parking spots are limited and if it's full you have to park in a public parking 2 blocks away from the hotel which is not very convenient if you have luggage. The breakfast was OK but not great, by 9 they ran out of a lot of things and didn't refill. I personally found the bed a bit hard for my taste.

Best hotel

Pros: Each and every thing at its best Reception staff excellent . Even reception staff took my bags 🎒 from me and send to my room + room was excellent . Suana jaquzi and steam room hydro massage was excellent . Break fast was super .

Really nice hotel, great staff, lovely rooms, would return.

Pros: The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room has been renovated and was nice and comfortable. The wifi worked well and we had a balcony. The restaurant on-site was good and the breakfast was also good. I was offered gluten free options for dinner and also for breakfast. I did bring my own bread to toast as they only had crackers, but I was given a delicious buckwheat torte with a warm jam centre, very tasty!

Cons: There is road noise but we wear earplugs so didn’t matter too much. The hotel is on a busy corner but has sufficient parking out front.
