Pros: This team is amazing – we absolutely loved our stay, even though it was just for one night. Everything was really nice and perfectly organized. The accommodation was excellent, located in their charming little town near the Alps. My girlfriend and I stayed only one night, but it was more than enough to see how much care and attention they put into every detail. We are truly more than satisfied and would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. Definitely a 10/10 experience.

Overall, it was a nice stay, and the hotel is definitely worth considering for families.

Pros: The personnel were helpful and friendly. The breakfast and evening dinners were tasty, with a good variety to choose from. The restaurant staff were professional and always smiling. The wellness area was very nice, with a clean swimming pool and saunas. There are also two large parking areas with sufficient capacity; however, they are located about 200–300 meters from the hotel. Last but not least, the communication with the hotel via the Booking.com chat was efficient. Note: Although the hotel is rated 4 stars, the interior design is a bit outdated — which doesn’t mean it’s bad, just somewhat old-fashioned.

Cons: Some of the fridges in the rooms weren’t working—they were plugged in but not cooling—and it seemed the housekeeping team might not have been aware of the issue or the potential hazard. It’s also a bit of a shame that the hotel’s ski buses only run to the Civetta Ski Resort and not to Malga Ciapela, which would have been very convenient. There is a ski room with dedicated storage areas for each room, which is very convenient. However, it would be great to have a ski-boot dryer as well, as this is a common standard in many places.

Our best stay in Dolomites

Pros: We absolutely loved our stay here. We were lucky to have a fully renovated room, which was an incredible surprise – everything was taken care of down to the smallest detail. Honestly, one of the best rooms we’ve ever stayed in. There is plenty of parking, as well as a pool and two restaurants on site, which is very convenient if you don’t feel like going out.

Cons: If we had to mention a small downside, the air conditioning/heating control in our room wasn’t working properly. We didn’t report it since it wasn’t a big inconvenience, but otherwise everything was perfect.

Good option for travellers with a dog

Pros: It was nice and cozy, very polite and helpful service. They provided instructions where to park the car. Also, I liked the design of the exterior. Modern shower. Dog friendly.

Cons: It’s a minor thing, but our room was located close to the wellness space, and I could smell chlorine from the pool in the corridor. Not a big deal, in other parts of the hotel you cannot smell it.

Pros: Character and chic chalet vibes from the outside. Inside a free surprise upgrade to a modern room and pleasant wellness suite facilities included.

Pros: Location is great. Environment is great. Food is very good. Staff are very helpful.

Cons: No option for air conditioning in any rooms - it was extremely hot when we visited in summer.

Pros: Our room despite of the reservation was not in the hotel, but on the opposite site of the street. The apartment was suitable. The hotel services (wellness, own confectionery, cuisine) make this place a very confortable rest place.
