A real gem

Pros: We highly recommend this wonderful hotel in the heart of the Dolomites. If you are looking for a peaceful place, with all comfort, from which you can reach all the most famous passos, lakes of the Dolomites, and you want to enjoy delicious dinners, Than this is the right place! The staff was very nice. Special thanks to Camelia, Beatrice, Enrico, Alfonzo, the bar mixer and the chef... The food was magnifico! :) Gábor and Liza

Great stay in the Dolomites!

Pros: We were instantly made to feel welcome at Hotel Diamant. The staff were lovely, and even upgraded us to a bigger available room as they’d just had a cancellation. Buffet breakfast was good - wide selection of options. The hotel bar was great too! We did some laundry during our stay, which the staff kindly prioritised before our departure. Free underground parking. Lovely views! Close to local bars and shops.

Cons: No air con, but room was cool enough with balcony door open.

An exceptional skiing holiday in an extraordinary natural landscape.

Pros: Excellent saunas, pool and spa areas. I really liked the Gala dinner at the hotel restaurant, all the dishes on the menu were excellent, and the abundance, presentation and choice of desserts were simply amazing. Very nice staff at the reception, solving problems, not creating them. Excellent shuttle service to and from the ski lift.

Pros: Breakfast as well as the evening meal were excellent, with sufficient choice and a presentation (mise en plat) of the dishes akin to a very good restaurant. Staff was very friendly. This is obviously a very well managed hotel, family owned with the owners visibly engaged and contactable.

Cons: We had one experience which was a bit out of tune with the overall friendliness. We booked a guided excursion with a guide from the hotel. Either the guide had an off-day or he has an attitude problem. We speak fluent English, French, German (as well as our own language). The guide did not present himself to us at the onset of the hike and when we contacted him, he expressed in two words that he only wishes to communicate in Italian. For the rest of the hike - which was very beautiful - he completely ignored us and two other non-Italian speakers, with the unwanted (we hope) consequence that we missed the lunch. Bizarre is the best description of this event, which does not affect our appreciation of the hotel.

Pros: Such an amazing hotel!!! We booked the hotel to celebrate our honeymoon, we’ve got a room with a View to the mountains with the terrace, huge room. Service was absolutely amazing from all the staff ! Amazing breakfast very diverse dinner was delicious as well. The staff helped us with the travelling planning. We had a great time!
