Perfect place to base yourself for a ski holiday

Pros: Everything was perfect. The staff was really friendly and welcoming. The room was cleaned daily. The breakfast was delicious and included varied locally produced or home mare products. The spa with sauna and hot tub was perfect. Special mentions which really made our trip easier: shuttle bus to the ski slope, ski storage, covered garage with designated spot for our car. We will return for sure!

Cons: I wish they also had dinner included. It wasn’t such an issue because there are other dinner options around the accomodation, being so centrally located in San Cassiano.

Would love to stay again!

Pros: Everything. Spacious apartment, well facilitated and maintained, almost Japanese level of equipment. Spa was fantastic, gym was great too. Underground parking is a benefit, and breakfast was super! Staff has been kind and supportive

Wonderful hotel and staff!

Pros: Absolutely stunning hotel with exceptional service, it was truly faultless! We were warmly welcomed from the moment we arrived and felt looked after throughout our entire stay. From the welcome drinks to the incredible breakfast spread, every staff member we encountered was friendly, attentive, and helpful. Our room was spacious, spotless, and beautifully presented. We were even surprised with a special touch in celebration of our honeymoon, which made the experience even more memorable. Highly recommend!

Pros: We stayed 2 nights in this wonderful hotel. The view from our room across to the mountains was absolutely beautiful. It's just a shame you've got to overlook a car park. The shower was hot & powerful. The staff here were super attentive & friendly. They also spoke good English. We have never stayed in a hotel with the choice of breakfast as good as here. There is so much choice - we wanted to try everything, but it just wasn't possible. We would definitely stay here again.

Cons: Signs in the room about towels being replaced that weren't followed. We chose not to put ours in the wash basket for washing, yet they still replaced them. It's not good for the environment or necessary to change towels daily.

Pros: Best hotel we’ve ever stayed in. The friendliest staff we’ve ever encountered without exception, they went above and beyond to make our stay special. Location is also 1hr from all the good hikes. Couldn’t recommend it enough!
