Pros: This family-run hotel was gorgeous - cosy and quirky in equal measure. The facilities were excellent - from the spa to the onsite pizzeria. And all the artwork and retro ornaments gave the hotel a cool mix of traditional meets modern. It was an excellent choice of hotel to spend the Christmas week. Michaela, her family and whole team made us feel very welcome. She was always on hand to answer any questions and her brother very kindly took us to and collected us from the ski lifts each day. The hotel is situated a short stroll from the center of San Martino di Castrozza so a very convenient location with some good restaurants and shops.

Great place, great room and great staff!

Pros: The room as amazing, with a great private jakuzi and a stunning view! Staff were great and went long way to take care of the customers. Highly recommended.

Cons: Perhaps the spa was overcrowded at peak times, but we were told that from the beginning and we had the private one in our room so we didn't use the shared spa.

Pros: Everything! The hotel is stunning, in the best location with beautiful views. The rooms are lovely and so comfortable. The spa is fantastic and needed

Cons: The lounge area feels a little bit ‘cold’. Would have been a perfect setting to have a fire and a bar option instead of just the restaurant.

Pros: San Martino is really cute. The hotel room was very comfortable (also: mattress 👍) and very quiet. Good breakfast buffet.

Cons: Spa is intended for adult relaxation rather than kids splashing around after ski - just something to be aware of in advance (and probably a big plus if you don’t have small kids)
