Really nice stay in charming hotel.

Pros: Really nice stay in charming hotel. Staff were very friendly and good breakfast. Had my own chauffeur in ski bus down to the lifts. Would definitely come back.

Clean, comfortable, well looked after and some nice touches such as free bus to the slopes

Pros: Location great and has a bus to take you to the slopes which you can call on demand. Very nice touch. Reception areas are very cosy. The hotel has a nice family feel.

Cons: The food in the evening is ok but you get rushed through the process a bit. The rooms are very comfy and very clean but the walls are quite thin and you can hear people around you in other rooms.

Grazie a voi , di sicuro ci ritorneremo

Pros: In realtà ci è piaciuto praticamente tutto, cibo molto buono e ricercato, staff gentile e disponibile, camere pulite e confortevoli con bellissimi mobili e tappeti, tutto a tema vittoriano, stanze bellissime e curate nel dettaglio con colori e arredamenti preziosi e ricercati. Disponibili anche a prestare ciaspole e bastoncini senza far pagare i clienti. Tutto ottimo direi

Cons: L'unica cosa che forse ha un po reso meno eccellente la vacanza è stata la vasca jacuzzi poco disponibile e spesso occupata. Forse metterne una in piu oppure un timer perche certi clienti magari ci restano dentro troppo. Per me acqua della piscina perfetta, forse leggermente piu calda sarei stata dentro di piu ma comunque tutto ottimo
