Overall, it was a nice hotel, Kids friendly. I recommend the people to stay here.

Pros: Dinner was excellent. Service is above the expectations. Staffs were really helpful. They made personalized services.

Cons: Breakfast selections, specially there were no hot food sections except boiling egg. In the dinner, they are not charging for still tap water which is not okay. If they are selling some branded water, its okay to charge but it was still water and they charged EUR 4.

Pros: An amazing hotel! It exceeded all our expectations. I’m surprised I hadn’t seen more positive feedback when booking - in my opinion, this place truly deserves it. Beautiful territory, great attention to detail, spotless cleanliness, and most of all, the food was outstanding. Both breakfast and dinner were unforgettable.

Cons: I honestly can’t think of any negative sides - everything was just perfect.

Pros: Excellent hotel, with new good repair, excellent SPA with outdoor pool, magnificent 4-course dinners, provided by excellent chef Alex. The nearest scilift to the ski slopes is only 5 minutes by car or bus.

Soggiorno Meraviglioso

Pros: Struttura meravigliosa e molto accogliente. Camere bellisime e pulitissime. Personale gentile e molto attento ai dettagli. La cena SUPERLATIVA, poche volte ho mangiato davvero così bene in hotel. Che dire, sicuramente torneremo con molto piacere.

Pros: Struttura ottima. Dalla colazione alla cena. Con una magnifica piscina riscaldata esterna. Vicina alla fermata per le piste,facilmente raggiungibili anche in macchina. Ampio parcheggio riservato davanti la struttura.

Cons: Non ho trovato niente che non mi sia piaciuto.

Molto soddisfatta.

Pros: all'arrivo ci hanno fatto un upgrade gratuito di camera superiore, graditissimo. Camere confortevoli e pulitissime. Colazione ottima soprattutto nella parte salata, eccezionale l'estrattore di frutta e verdura. Cena di alta qualità, con scelta di vini eccellente. Molto gradito il servizio bar con giochi da tavolo tutti in legno. Spa, piccola ma con tutto quello che serve per rilassarsi. Staff gentile e sempre a disposizione.

Cons: L'unico appunto è sui cuscini troppo morbidi per i nostri gusti.

A cozy stay for a weekend away.

Pros: The hotel felt very warm and homey while also feeling like a nice getaway. Staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful. The meals were all delicious. We will be definitely come back for a summer visit.
