Pros: The best views I have ever seen from a hotel. Fabulous spa facilities. The natural outdoor pool was stunning. The 5 course menu was perfect every night! Lovely wine.

Pros: I stayed 3 hotels in similar price for this holiday in the Dolomites. Of all of them, Cyprianerhof was the only one where everything was perfect. As soon as you arrive, you are 100% in the Alps. The overwhelming view, staff in traditional clothing, fantastic local food, cozy interior... This is much more precious and valuable than the common modern chic style. With all of this, you can feel the 'genuine' experience that you can't have anywhere else. Above all, we were so lucky to be able to attend amazing concert. It was a surprisingly high-quality performance. Once again, thanks to both musicians for giving us an unforgettable moment. If you are considering other similar places, this is the right answer. We will definitely be back in the winter!

Beautiful location, excellent food, and an amazing spa with great drink options made our stay enjoya

Pros: The location was absolutely amazing, offering beautiful surroundings and a peaceful atmosphere. We also really enjoyed the food—it was delicious, well-presented, and clearly made with care. The spa was a real highlight, with a relaxing atmosphere and thoughtful touches like the option to enjoy a variety of teas and drinks during our visit.

Cons: Our stay at the hotel started off a bit unusually. Upon arrival, we were asked to choose a drink from a menu, which felt a bit impersonal—we would have preferred being welcomed with a complimentary drink, either alcoholic or non-alcoholic, as part of the arrival experience. The room itself seemed a little dated. The wooden decor didn’t quite suit our taste, and we found the blue lighting in the shower quite unappealing. These details made the room feel less cozy than we had hoped. One of the bigger disappointments was the e-MTB rental. Given the relatively high cost of the package we booked, we were surprised and disappointed that the e-mountain bike wasn’t included and came with an extra charge. Overall, while there were some positive aspects, a few details left us feeling that the experience didn’t fully live up to expectations.

Great hotel, fantastic SPA, excellent personnel.

Pros: great breakfast, wide variety of choices, staff is absolutely fantastic. A brand new ski lift taking you to ski area Carezza (cabin with rooftop) is just across the road.

It’s the most memorable stay of my life.

Pros: The resort is so exceptional with its great views, delicious food, and well-equipped facilities.

Cons: The resort did not have air conditioning, which kept the room humid and hot from time to time.

World-class spa

Pros: Fabulous spa, especially the Saunameister Luca. His shows were the highlights. Location is spectacular. Room very spacious, staff kind. Breakfast was excellent, wide choice and good quality.

Cons: The gourmet creations in the evening menu didn’t always live up to expectations or match our taste. Not a huge problem, as you could get full with the salad and dessert buffet alone.
