Friendly family hotel with great service and comfortable SPA

Pros: Delicious dinner with helpfull staff. Comfortable and new SPA. They take care of guests and are supportive and helpfull. We enjoy staying and spend nice time in this family cozy hotel. Silent rooms and few steps to SKI bus and then 6 minutes drive to get Tiers lift (ski slope) If you want to rest we strongly reccomennded this hotel.

Charming family-run hotel

Pros: I had a wonderful stay at this charming, family-run hotel. The service was absolutely lovely – warm, attentive, and personal in a way you rarely find. The little garden with the pool is a true gem, perfect for relaxing and unwinding. As a woman in my 30s traveling alone with my dog, I felt completely at ease. The hotel is very dog-friendly – both the rooms, the common areas, and the surroundings made it easy and enjoyable to bring my four-legged companion along. Another big plus was the breakfast: even though I only mentioned upon arrival that I have celiac disease, the staff immediately made sure there was gluten-free bread and options available for me. That level of care really impressed me. Prices are fair, and you can really feel the heart and dedication the family puts into running this place. I would happily recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a welcoming, relaxing, and authentic stay.

Cons: There are two buildings: apartments and the hotel itself. I stayed in the hotel, which was delightful overall. The only small drawback was that the rooms can be a bit noisy at times, but this did not overshadow my great experience.

Pros: Top location 👌. Nice personel. Great food. We as family enjoyed it very much. Would recommend it for sure.

A wonderful place with excellent staff.

Pros: We loved everyone and everything about this hotel. Rooms were spotless, beds very comfortable, quiet surroundings 24/7. Pool was glorious with a view of the mountains. Rooftop hot tub was lovely and our child also loved climbing wall. Breakfasts and dinners were also very good.

Pros: Personale molto cordiale, cibo buono (ottimo il buffet della cena e della colazione), spa con tutto il necessario per rilassarsi, belle stanze e posizione comoda per visitare i dintorni In più i proprietari sono stati molto gentili a venirmi incontro per le intolleranze alimentari

Pros: Freundliches Personal, hervorragendes Essen, schöner Spa-Bereich.

Cons: Bad im Zimmer könnte modernisiert werden (ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen), Spa-Öffnungszeiten sind recht kurz (nur am Nachmittag bis früher Abend).

Un piacevole ritorno

Pros: La posizione è ottima , la cucina fantastica , centro benessere molto carino e ben curato

Pros: Della struttura ci è piaciuto sostanzialmente tutto: accoglienza gentile dello staff, disponibile a dare tutte le informazioni riguardanti le escursioni e gli spostamenti ( bus gratuito lasciando la mail personale), posizione ottima per raggiungere le mete più importanti ( Alpe di Siusi, Castelrotto, Bolzano etc.), struttura pulita e silenziosa con la possibilità di usufruire di saune e bagno turco;colazione ricca e di qualità; cena ottima!

Comfortable, family owned hotel that provided complete personal service.

Pros: Everything was planned and on time.The food was good, both breakfast and dinner. We did a lot of hiking in the vicinity. There were many fun things to do inside the hotel, a pool, sauna and a game room. Laundry service was also available.

Cons: Hot tub could of been a little warmer.

Hotel confortevole, in ottima posizione vicino a sentieri e boschi. Buona la cucina

Pros: Colazione abbondante e varia Prodotti freschi e buoni

Cons: Nei bagni non c’è il bidet
