Pros: breakfast view was amazing. food was amazing as well. staff was really helpful and nice. totally recommend!

Cons: during breakfast I didnt know that egg should be boiled by myself, i was sure it is boiled already and when I cracked it i had a surprise :)

Pros: Friendly staff, big comfortable rudes and pretty decent spa and sauna

Cons: Nothing as such. The location is slightly away from the ski lifts but they have a shuttle running which is helpful

Pros: We arrived after hours, got instruction how to get a key to the room. Everything was clean and tidy and set perfectly to maximum comfort. we wanted to stay an additional day as we really enjoyed it, unfortunetly our beloved dog got ill and we cancled the rest of our holiday and went home, the staff was really understanding of the situation and we are greatfull for that.

Pros: Beautiful views from the hotel. Nice location for hiking and visiting the surrounding area. Large balcony.

Cons: Area around the pool is very tight (only 3 lounger chairs - the rest are spread out in the lawns around). Take note there is no AC in the room - in the summer it can get very very hot (they did give us a little fan to help cool down). Huge room but felt a little empty with a tiny sofa and coffee table. Food was less impressive compared to other hotels we stayed at in the zone over a 2 week period. If you want to dine outside, you have to arrive to dinner excessively early (Italians are not used to eating so early...)

Pros: Eigenlijk beviel me alles. Prachtig nieuw hotel in een nog prachtigere omgeving.

Cons: Televisie deed het niet, maar ik heb het ook niet gemeld.

Pros: הכול מצוין. אוכל ברמה גבוהה - ארוחת בוקר מצוינת וארוחת ערב ברמה של מסעדת שף. מנות יפהפיות וטעימות. הכול מוגש בחן. הצוות מאיר פנים ומאד סבלן.

Cons: למרות שצוין באתר בוקינג שיש בריכה והיא מחוממת, זה נראה יותר כמו אמבטיה גדולה והחימום לא מאד משמעותי. מאכזב. זרם המים במקלחת בחדר חלש מאד. מאכזב.
