A gem of a place amidst nature

Pros: We felt welcomed from the first moment on and really enjoyed our stay at Gfell - starting from the super comfy beds and the incredible views, to the delicious breakfast and the well equipped sauna. It’s the perfect place to stay and recharge if you want to get away from the busy valleys of the Dolomites. Make sure you make a reservation at the family run restaurant next door! The food is outstanding and comes with great wines from the region. A special thank you to Julian and his entire family for having built such a perfect retreat:)

A Hidden Gem in Nature – Peaceful, Personal, and Perfect

Pros: We had an incredible stay at this charming, family-run hotel. With only about 17 rooms, it offers an intimate, peaceful atmosphere—exactly what we were looking for. Each room has a beautiful view, and the quiet surroundings made it the perfect place to unwind. The personal touch from the owners and staff really sets this place apart. You can tell they care deeply about their guests' experience. The on-site restaurant is a highlight in itself: delicious food, a fantastic wine list, and a terrace that overlooks stunning scenery. Dining here was a true pleasure every night. The location is ideal—right inside the park, which made it easy for us to explore nearby trails and fully immerse ourselves in nature. After our hikes, the spa area provided a perfect way to relax and recharge. On top of all that, it’s an excellent value for the quality of experience you get. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Superb stay to visit with car.

Pros: Fantastic place, bit remote, but that is the point. Great hosts, excellent breakfast (ask for the fried eggs). Very clean and nice rooms with excellent views. 25 min from skiing tracks.

Cons: It would be great addition if hot water tub will be available in the spa. Maybe it is filled only in summer months.

Pros: Il silenzio, la cosa più importante e apprezzata. La posizione da sogno, tutto lo staff, il mangiare buonissimo, la sala colazioni e la colazione veramente perfetta.

Pros: Wunderschöne Lage, nebenan unmittelbar Wandermöglichkeiten. Wirklich leckeres und hochwertiges Frühstück. Sauna mit unterschiedlichen Arten variierend von Tag zu Tag

Pros: La struttura è locata in un posto stupendo con una pace inimmaginabile

Cons: Mi è piaciuta la vista che offrono le camere, direttamente sulla vallata. Inoltre le stanze hanno un design molto particolare e di carattere.

Pros: Bellissima, esteticamente super moderna e pulita, non è semplicissimo raggiungerla però é situata nel mezzo del nulla, silenzio, profumo di montagna e aria pulita. Meraviglioso

Cons: Leggermente alto il prezzo del ristorante, ma qualità e servizio ottimo

Super Hotel mit erstklassigem Service, in dem wir über Neujahr eine sehr schöne Zeit verbracht haben

Pros: Super nettes Team mit einem klasse Service. Das Hotel ist sehr schön gelegen und man hat eine super Aussicht über das Tal. Das Frühstück war umwerfend, sowohl Vielfalt als auch Qualität der Produkte haben überzeugt. Das Restaurant hat eine kleine aber sehr gut ausgewählte Karte, in der jeder fündig wird der Wert auf hochwertiges Essen legt. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können es uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Cons: Eigentlich gibt es da keine Punkte. Eventuell ein Whirlpool auf der angrenzenden Terrasse zur Sauna in den kalten Wintertagen. Das ist aber meckern auf hohem Niveau und wir waren mit der Sauna selbst auch mehr als zufrieden - hatten aufgrund der langen Skitage sowieso nicht extrem viel Zeit dort.

Pros: Everything was great! The staff were very friendly and polite. The room was clean, modern and cozy. The mountain view was fantastic. The breakfast was delicious as well! They even gave me a small present for my stay... they make you feel like a value guest. 10/10

Pros: Per chi ama il silenzio e la pace questa struttura è assolutamente perfetta! La vista dalle camere è sublime. Montagna e verde. Colazione eccezionale!! Molti sentieri da percorrere per fare trekking. Personale veramente gentile e accogliente! Stanze grandi e molto confortevoli

Cons: Forse unica cosa potrei dire assenza di zanzariere
