Beautiful hotel but need more staff to make it 5 star experience.

Pros: Location, the facilities and the comfort of our room were amazing. Truly 5 star Dinner was great with a la carte menu and breakfast fantastic.

Cons: The staff (or absence of it), not well serviced particularly the spa area where we had few issues. They made it up offering us 1 of the 2 treatments we had but yet it wasn’t a very relaxing experience. Shame!

Pros: Stayed 3 nights while visiting the Dolomites. Very spacious rooms, multiple facility’s and perfect location. Staff were very friendly and helpful, went out their way multiple times. Would highly recommend to anybody staying in Fie. Also has a spa, heated pool, massage and even rock climbing!

Amazing

Pros: Everything. This is the best SPA hotel I know so far. The owner is quite a genius, excellent in cooking, excellent as an art collector. His hotel is some kind of artwork itself.

Cons: I'm more than happy, so nothing to highlight as bad.

A great place for relaxation

Pros: The spa : the warm swimming pool and the spa were great. We enjoyed it very much. The staff were friendly and helpful. We had dinner and breakfast in the hotel restaurant. We enjoyed and food and service there.

Cons: We stayed in the double room with a bathtub. There was a shower but no provision for water drainage for water splashing on the floor. There was not enough table top surfaces in the room.
