Lovely small town with a pleasant accommodation

Pros: The location is so nice, it's right in the centre of the lovely town. The room was simple, basic but with clean beds, pillows, duvets. The host was so nice, accepted and welcomed us after their limited check-in, I'd like to express our gratitude again.

Cons: Breakfast is only a cold buffet. Maybe to mention the shower head that couldn't be put in a fixed position. But this is nothing.

Pros: Nice area. The lady at the breakfast was very polite and kind.

Cons: To expensive for room given.The curtain between rooms was felling off every time you passed. Needs more tidyness and decoration. Needs a refrigerator on the upper floor. It can be a very nice place if given more attention!

Pros: Exceptional location, friendly staff,covered parking space for our motorbike. Nice balcony.

Value for money if you stay here and easy drives to the bigger towns like Ortesei and Bolzano, great location with frie

Pros: It was a vibrant little town, restaurants so close hiking trails near by, very helpful tips from the owner while we had a chat and beer, highly recommend this place as it was clean and tidy,

Pros: Awesome location, amazing owner, and loved our short stay. Small cozy room as in pictures. Breakfast included. Very helpful and friendly manager who goes out of his way to help and make your stay comfortable. Would love to stay again.

Cons: For one night, the noise from another room was very loud. Since the rooms and balcony were very close, we had to knock on the neighbor's door at 11 pm to reduce the TV volume.

Dream location & staff

Pros: The view from our room was just amazing! We could see the mountains and Prösels Castle from one window, and St. Peter’s Chapel from the other. Location is easy to reach, has its own parking, and was a great place to start your short or longer hikes. Each greeting by staff and owner was so welcoming. They understand how to add a smile to your holiday mood. Rooms have all you need, bathroom is simple but perhaps a tad small (expect to be hugged by the shower curtain). Breakfast is great and enjoyed with a view. Would recommend staying here.

Pros: The view from the room was wonderful — truly calming and serene. The village was quiet and charming, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The breakfast was excellent, with fresh and tasty options, and the communication with the host was impeccable. Some minor maintenance could further enhance the overall experience, though it didn’t impact our stay in any significant way.

Pros: This hotel is really a small hidden gem. We spent one night with our 2 kids (8 and 6 yo) and we have been absolutely satisfied. Extremely friendly and professional owner, extremely clean and comfortable room, delicious breakfast, all located in a lovely little town with plenty of restaurants to choose for the dinner in a walking distance.

Pros: L'hotel è in una bellissima posizione, non lontano dalla fermata dell'autobus. Lo staff è stato sempre gentile e disponibile. Si respira un ambiente autentico e familiare.

Cons: La colazione non è molto varia, ma comunque buona.

Basic hotel in a great location with a great staff

Pros: Incredible location and very helpful staff. Nice breakfast and enjoyed the small cafe facing the square.

Cons: The rooms are very basic. Floors are plastic and bathrooms are tiny. Not much for furnishings. It’s simple but functional
