Pros: I received excellent service from the staff, from the meal service to the spa personnel. Especially helpful was their response when I left my purse on a local bus and they very effectively helped to locate it and have it returned to me. Above and beyond their duties, since I had already checked out. The outdoor pool and garden are lovely, as are the wood-panelled dining rooms upstairs. The outdoor terrace with shady chestnut tree is a beautiful oasis.

Cons: Since I booked rather late, we did not have a room with balcony but were luckily given a suite with separate rooms. Our room had a great view of the Schlern mountain but also got ALOT of sun during a heat wave. We were given ventilators, which helped somewhat. A few suggestions: book Halbpension! Five courses for 15euros in June 2025. When taking local buses, be prepared to stow your own bags in the belly of the bus before getting on. Our driver was completely unhelpful and very rude.

Pros: La posizione e la pulizia nelle camere e nelle zone comuni é ottima . Il personale gentile e disponibile.

Cons: Rispetto ad un precedente nostro soggiorno abbiamo visto con dispiacere che non c’è più il buffet verdure e quello della colazione nella parte dolce presenta poco assortimento .

Pros: L'hotel è in posizione tranquilla e panoramica, in pratica ai piedi dello Sciliar, ma è comunque vicinissimo al centro del paese. Le camere sono pulite ed accoglienti e anche molto grandi! Il personale tutto molto gentile, sopratutto i ragazzi della sala.
