Perfect hotel for a family skiing getaway

Pros: Brilliant staff, professional and helpful. Location great for skiing. Nice small wellness. Excellent food, especially à la cart dinner.

Cons: Issue with black mould on the wall above windows in room and bathroom. This is the only negative thing about this hotel.

Pros: Great location, amazing service, cozy rooms, amazing half-board with restaurant type of food, nice and quiet spa center. Literally best overall experience.

Cons: Nothing bad to mention whatsoever. Would return in a heartbeat.

A special place with friendly staff from which to immerse yourself into the Dolomites.

Pros: The wellbeing centre was perfect for the afternoons. The breakfast an excellent way to start the day.

Cons: We had a bottle of water provided in our room on arrival but this was not replenished each day, which would have been a welcome touch.

Modern, Clean, and Truly Comfortable

Pros: The staff were all very kind and warmly welcomed me upon arrival. The hotel is located near Monte Pelmo, offering an even more impressive view. With its terrace and modern rooms, everything felt clean and comfortable. Overall, it was a very satisfying stay.

Amazing stay in heart of the Dolomites

Pros: Lovely hotel in a beautiful position, quiet, super friendly staff, amazing food, with spa, sauna and swimming pool.

Cons: It is a bit further drive to Cortina and the trail heads at that side (approx. 45min drive)

Great hotel

Pros: Great hotel! If you have the chance, go for the half-board option — the restaurant serves amazing food, just like in a fine dining place. We loved everything: the newly renovated rooms, the overall atmosphere, and the quality of service. Overall, a very enjoyable stay!

Cons: The spa is quite small, so it would be even better if access were limited by number of guests, perhaps with a booking system and control
