Pros: Really enjoyed my stay. Got to have the duplex room that had a marvelous space. The lady at the reception was very supportive and helpful. I mistakenly went on the other side of the road to catch the bus, and they came running after me to show me the correct location. Food for half board was pretty good too.

A small heaven on the earth.

Pros: This hotel is in perfect location for exploring Dolomites, especially the Val Gardena part. The heated pool and the saunas are fantastic for relaxing after the hike. The 4 course dinner is amazing too, all very delicious and served very aesthetically. Staff is very attentive and helpful. Special thanks to Katrin at the reception for her help and detailed explanation of everything. We loved every minute here.

Pros: The amazing service. The hotel staff was beyond kind and service oriented. They did everything to make your stay as perfect as possible. Breakfast was good + the wellness was very nice, variety of options available.

Pros: The hotel is very nice, the dining was amazing. Hotel is placed in great location to choose not crowded Plan de Gralba lift for skiing. Hotel shuttle was perfect every day. We will come again.

Perfect place to base your ski holiday

Pros: Excellent location and service. Breakfast and dinner were phenomenal, staff super helpful and nice. All facilities were wonderful, simply a great place to base your ski holiday

Cons: WiFi in the room was average, that’s probably the only downside of the hotel, didn’t really bother us though as we had plenty of other things to do, stay was still amazing
