An absolute winner!! One of the most enjoyable properties I’ve ever stayed in. Food, location, facilities and staff are
Pros: Outstanding - right at the ski slope, professional and friendly staff, superb food, clean and modern facilities with breathtaking views and the spa with 3 or 4 different saunas. Oh and easy onsite parking.
Cons: That we didn’t stay longer.

Pros: Nice hotel with pleasant staff and a good restaurant. Free passes available via the hotel for local bus services.
Cons: In September when we visited, the last bus from Ortisei was around 6 p.m. so we had to eat in the hotel restaurant but that was fine.

Pros: Modern, stylish, charming hotel. Excellent location, opposite passo sella gondola. Wonderful breakfast, superb dinners. Special Thanks to Nino who helped us tremendously during our stay with local knowledge.

Wonderful visit in the Dolomitti mountains
Pros: Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast choice rather big. The food in the restaurant represented regional kitchen and we liked it. The wellness area with sauna was also refreshing after all day activities. Spacious rooms.
Cons: The hotel located near the road so you can not leave open windows if want quietness. Breakfast could be changed as every day you get the same.

Incredible and memorable stay - would book again!
Pros: We loved the view of the Dolomites from our hotel room and restaurant. Our room was clean, warm and spacious and we loved our upgrade to a room with a Turkish sauna! The staff were so welcoming and helpful, particularly the restaurant staff! The food was amazing with good quality ingredients and a discount for guests. The hotel was near the bus stops 352 and 471 which go to all major towns regularly and the pass made our bus trips free!

Pros: The staff was very nice, approachable and fulfilled all our requests beyond expectations. The food in the restaurant and at breakfast was delicious. It was very clean and quiet. There was convenient parking. Highly recommended

Great location and spa, but confort could be better.
Pros: The location is unbeatable. The rooms were very clean. I loved the scent of the towels. From a certain angle, the view from the room was great. Breakfast was excellent! The spa area was also completely fine, with three different saunas. It was a nice surprise that we received a free bus pass, which allowed us to travel between attractions. The region is beautiful, with plenty of hiking opportunities. I was surprised that every town has cable cars to the peaks. At first, we didn’t think they were necessary, but the distances are large, and using them saves a lot of time (and there’s still plenty of hiking afterwards).
Cons: The bed was very worn out, and we didn’t sleep well. It was two single beds pushed together to make a “double,” so naturally the middle was unusable… There wasn’t even a mini-fridge in the room, so we couldn’t store food. The spa itself was fine, but we didn’t know that bathrobes and slippers had to be requested at the reception (we only found out on the third day when an English-speaking receptionist was on duty). There was no clock in the spa and we didn’t bring our phones, so we had no idea when it closed (7 p.m.). Instead, we just heard some passive-aggressive “jingling,” which we didn’t understand, and eventually the cleaners told us it was closing time. A clock there would be very useful… The hotel restaurant was fine. However, after hiking, slightly larger portions would have been appreciated. There was one day when the restaurant wasn’t even open, and we weren’t informed in advance. That was disappointing, because we hadn’t planned to leave the hotel that day, but we were forced to find another place to eat. The free buses were often so overcrowded that we couldn’t even get on.

Lovelly stay with excelent breakfast
Pros: Excellent breakfast, easy parking, close to the bus stop and lift, good Wi-Fi, and a very quiet location.
