Pros: A nice family hotel where we felt like home. Personal service, gourmet dinner, a special attention to every detail. Nice SPA zone and outside pool where you can relax after long hiking. Mountain stunning view. Perfect for families with young children, a lot of activities for both of them.

Great family friendly hotel which also offer some high quality food and spa for grown ups.

Pros: Great hotel for any family with small kids, they have all the amenities and activities that you can wish for; huge indoor and outdoor playgrounds, kids buffet, outdoor pool and indoor kids pool, bike rental with child seat or trailer. We really loved our stay at Biancaneve. It took us a bit of time to get used to the 4 course dinners which take quite some time and we tried to keep our son busy. They also offer accompanied children dinner but we preferred to have him with us. They don't advertise their outdoor area enough, there were swings and balls games as well as a big trampoline. I would also be a great winter hotel with ski rental and instructors in the hotel itself!

Cons: Maybe an option for a buffet dinner that starts earlier than 7pm, because sometimes you need to eat and sleep quickly with small children.

Highlight of our visit to Italy. A High standard family refuge.

Pros: Fantastic hotel oriented on families. Great location. Perfect pool and spa area to unwind and excite our kids. We loved the breakfast overall food quality was mindblowing. Loved the place almost to the brim... very friendly and helpful staff I do recommend to stay! ❤️

Cons: Only cringe we got was the price of the ad hoc dinner. For family of 4 (2 adults with 2yo and 5yo) the dinner was 200€ = we opted out and ate outside.. perhaps if included from the beginning it would not be that bad. However one must admit the dinner was at the level of a fine dining.

Cute, clean, beautiful location and excellent food

Pros: Everything was as expected, with the bonus of excellent meals. Very creative chef. Another bonus was exceptional restaurant staff and waiters. Amazing cheese selection.

Pros: Children friendly atmosphere, the amazing food - excellent quality, clean rooms, etc..

Cons: A more detailed information on arriving with train and bus would be appreciated. We arrived with train and bus, but the bus station name was not mentioned, so I had to google all by myself.

Pros: Tudo estava impecável. As crianças adoraram o mini-club. As comodidades eram fantásticas e a atençao para com a minha filha celíaca foi fantástica. Desde pequeno almoço ao jantar, sempre existiam possibilidades sem gluten e a atençao com a contaminação foi exemplar.

Cons: Nada a apontar

Pros: Kindvriendelijkheid was top. Zeer mooie spa faciliteiten. Kwaliteit van het bed was ook zeer goed. Vriendelijk personeel.

Pros: Staff incredibile, accoglienza, chef, maitre e addetti alla sala professionali, cordiali e super disponibili. Struttura a due passi dagli impianti di risalita e dotata di ogni confort immaginabile. Attenzione ad ogni minimo dettaglio, dal design della struttura alle coccole continue per gli ospiti. Splendidi gli spazi per i bimbi sia interni che esterni, con tantissime attività che sono organizzate ogni giorno. Tantissime escursioni proposte in luoghi meravigliosi tutti a distanza pedonale dall’hotel. Una delle migliori esperienze mai vissute.

It was good.

Pros: The hotel is truly unique for holidays with children.

Cons: We were half board for several days. Some days dinners were exceptional good, sone days not so. But always you need wait food a lot of time. This is despite the rather complicated menu system (you need to mark the items on the menu the day before dinner that you would like to see the next day). Also, when checking out of the hotel, we were presented with a bill for renting an electric bike, although when renting, the receptionist did not tell us the price or that the rent was paid. We were convinced that the rent was free. But the receptionist at the end said that this only applies to regular bikes, not electric ones. One elevator is clearly not enough and several times we had to simply go up or down on foot.

One of the best places to stay with a family. Shall return for sure!

Pros: The beds were the most comfortable ever. The dining options were great, especially for gluten free needs. The five course dinner is a highlight of our entire trip. It was marvelous & yummy!! We just wished we had more time to enjoy umpteen other amenities.
