Very lovely hotel

Pros: Very good stay, we liked everything, the room is not big, but beautiful and well-equipped. We liked the design of the hotel with lots of lovely elements. Very friendly and helpful reception host, who even booked a wonderful dinner at the restaurant for us Good breakfast Location in the city centre

A very warm stay in the Dolomites

Pros: This is a family run hotel and I couldn't feel more looked after. You can tell there is a lot of care and love given to every detail of the customer experience. The father of the family waited for my late return HOURS after the latest check-in, the entire family was extremely friendly during the entire stay (including breakfast times) and would give me tips on where to go hiking, the facilities are well maintained AND the mattress and the pillow were the best I've slept on for years! I'm sure I will be returning back when I'm in in the area again :).

Pros: We had a wonderful stay. The hosts were friendly and welcoming, the bed was comfortable, and the breakfast was amazing with lots of options. They even had lactose-free milk, which was perfect for my morning coffee.

Pros: The hotel is run by the Musner family, and they gave us the best service we could ask for. This includes guidance for trips in the area and help with any need we raised before them. The place was clean to our full satisfaction. The breakfast is very good. We are very grateful and will be happy to stay there again in the future.

We will have great memories for life from this hotel and the warmth of the hosts and staff.

Pros: This boutique hotel is full of character. The dining and lounge areas are a delight and everywhere you look there are curiosities of the Southern Tyrol region that fit so well. The presentation and impeccable cleanliness of the hotel is exceptional. Our double room was spacious with a large bathroom. The ski locker was extra tidy. On top of the property being perfect the staff and hosts were very friendly, personable and helpful. All that and free parking = 10/10!

Pros: Hosts are extremelly kind, nice people. Hotel is very cosy and clean, rooms are spatious and comfortable. It is close to ski lift. Breakfast is very good with lot of choices.
