Great stay for reasonable money

Pros: Brand new aparthotel. Very good breakfast, superb facilities, central location. Plenty of restaurants at walking distance to have dinner. Close to the gondola lift.

Excellent stay

Pros: It had everything we needed, was very clean, staff were all really helpful, great breakfast, heated ski and boot cupboards.

Lovely place I would rate the highly but the attitude of landlady who was stressed tainted out stay

Pros: Breakfast brilliant room spacious new warm bed very comfortable boot room excellent despite the fact there was no easy exit. Near the lifts

Cons: Key cards didn’t work consistently we had to change them 5 times in a 4 day period… it culminated in our getting locked out of our room one night the card worked on the main hotel door not our bedroom so it only partially worked. We couldn’t get hold of anyone to help us for ages. Then suddenly The landlady appeared and she was not happy shouted at my partner that it was our fault then let us into our room grudgingly… I was on ground floor our room on the third floor and I could hear her shouting it was extraordinary set of events.. she must have been very stressed and I suggest she needs to take a holiday herself. We do rate the hotel highly in every other way and do recommend it He explained it was not logical for a key card to work on one area of hotel not another i.e., our room suggests a programming issue she never spoke to us again the next day did not apologies ride shouting incident. Shame as it was a really lovely spot but when things go wrong the essence of personal service is never shout at guest but listen and try and fix the issue calmly . Was most bizarre we did like the hotel it was fabulous aside from this! I suspect landlady is new to hotel industry and she will settle down in time. Her son and daughter in law were really nice I must say in every way .

Pros: Cannot stop raving about La Truga! I had the best 4 nights here. I booked here as it was one of the cheapest accom left for mid July when I booked, and I got lucky. Yes the interior is dated as per other reviews but it didn’t matter. I had a single bed room with an ensuite and desk and balcony looking to the mountains. Included was half board so Bfast and dinner - huge selection and large portion. The staff were lovely too! So sad to leave 🥲

Excellent overall

Pros: The lady is very nice, cheerful and helpful. Breakfast and dinner included are an excellent Idea and the price is good value for money

Cons: No lift

Pros: Posizione centralissima e comoda per raggiungere gli impianti sciistici. L'Hotel è appena stato ristrutturato veramente bene. Le camere sono grandi, molto comode e ben arredate. La colazione è ben assortita e tutto è molto buono. Assolutamente un gran bel Hotel.

Toller Ausflug und beim nächsten Malgerbe wieder dorthin.

Pros: Das komplette Hotel ist komplett renoviert worden und ist wirklich sehr schön geworden.

Cons: Da gibt’s nichts. Wir waren wirklich komplett zufrieden

Pros: Breve camminata e sei alla partenza del Ciampinoi. Ottimo

Gezellig ouderwets skihotel op goede locatie

Pros: De locatie op een goede 5 minuten lopen (op skischoenen) van Ciampinoi, en het vriendelijke personeel

Cons: Zeer kleine douche met douchegordijn rondom. In de kamer van onze dochter was de douche wel beter.

Een zeer prettig verblijf met een erg goede prijs-kwaliteit verhouding.

Pros: De locatie was simpelweg fantastisch, aan de doorgaande weg, maar met goede geluidsisolatie waardoor daar alleen de voordelen van meetelden. Het personeel was erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam, het ontbijt meer dan prima en het avondeten van goede kwaliteit en de porties meer dan voldoende voor de grote eter.

Cons: De badkamer op de kamer was zo oud als het hotel, zo niet nog ouder. De inrichting hiervan zorgde dat ik schuin op het toilet moest zitten, en een douchebak met douchegordijn zijn niet meer van deze tijd. Daarbij had het douchegordijn geen functie, de badkamer was na het douchen zeiknat.
