Great hotel, with great tooms, restsurant and location … we probably likely return there if the spa rules will changed

Pros: Location, design, personal, breakfast is excellent! Wine selection View from our suitep

Cons: Spa rules Restrict to wear seimsuits, really, bearing in mind that all tourists are internationals with their own culture We choose this hotel mostly for spa facilities - whic our son of 14Y cannot visit … after whole day of skiing without visit sauna make all of my family unhappy For all under 16Y access only pool with small sauna (where swimsuits become bot so “dangerous” as in adults saunas

Excellent, very relaxing with great facilities.

Pros: Great location near to Selva, lovely walks nearby, lots of activities in the village and the hotel staff were warm,friendly and professional , a pleasure to stay here. The attention to detail was incredible and my wife and i loved the outdoor pool. May consider coming back in winter for the skiing.

Cons: There wasnt really anything I could think of.

Exceptional and disappointing

Pros: We loved the suite. It was spacious and cosy. Great bathroom accessories by [comfort zone]. And great housekeeping.

Cons: We expected for 5 star hotel to also have great food. I mean food selection at the buffet was good (especially cheeses and salami) but cooked food was below average. If you choose dinner, just stay at buffet. One remake also on breakfast and dinner service. It was slow. Really slow. Except with Dora. We had her only for the first night. Shame she moved to another region.

Pros: This is high living, a great place to stay and great facilities and staff

Cons: Way too hot in general and particularly in the bedroom. Had to ask for the air con temperature to be lowered, which was done, but still hot and difficult to sleep comfortably.

Would go again, not worth trying anything else

Pros: Food was exceptional both Breakfast and Dinner, there is nothing to dislike about this stay, everything exceeded my expectations. All the staff treated extremely well and went beyond!

Cons: NOTHING, everything was in top shape
