Rejuvenating stay

Pros: Staff were so great with our family, always paying attention to the kids at dinner. The room, pool and sauna are all top notch. We got breakfast and dinner included to make it easier after skiing and hiking during our stay. There is always something good to eat and healthy!

Cons: It has been stated in other reviews and I agree that the rules in the pool/sauna are too strict. The staff didn't ask any families to be quiet etc but I don't think the signs for silence need to be there in the first place? We were there when many families with kids were in the pool and everyone was very respectful.

Execellent week & good Italian food experience

Overall, our stay was truly relaxing, memorable, and exceeded every expectation.

Pros: The hotel is situated in a beautiful location, overlooking green hills on one side and the Alps on the other. We truly enjoyed our stay — from the friendly and helpful staff to the diverse and elegant meals served at both breakfast and dinner. We also took advantage of the spa facilities, including the saunas and steam room, and especially loved the relaxation area, where you can gently swing in an elevated chair. Overall, the experience exceeded our expectations.

Cons: Honestly, we couldn’t think of a single thing we didn’t like. Perhaps next time we’ll visit during the summer to fully enjoy the outdoor pools and the beautiful surrounding area.

Amazing stay when in Siusi

Pros: Everything was just so perfect here and also near the bus station where people like us who don’t drive a. Ar can reach the hotel easily. Breakfast and dinner was also great!

Late Spring Stay at Artnatur Dolomites Hotel & Spa

Pros: We stayed at Artnatur Dolomites Hotel & Spa in late spring, and overall, it was a fantastic experience. The hotel is officially 4-star, but the service feels every bit like 5-star – the staff are truly outstanding: warm, attentive, and genuinely caring. The location is breathtaking, nestled in the heart of the Dolomites, making it perfect for nature lovers and those seeking peace and quiet. The food was another highlight – beautifully presented and delicious at every meal. The wellness area is well designed, and the saunas are a real treat, especially after a long hike. However, the pools were a bit too cold for comfort. Unless you're visiting on a hot and sunny day, swimming isn’t quite as relaxing as it could be – which is a bit of a shame in such a serene setting. Still, the overall experience more than made up for it. We would happily return, especially for the exceptional hospitality and unforgettable surroundings.

Pros: It was a very pleasant stay! The room was well-equipped and warm, with a balcony offering a beautiful view of the mountains. The dinner provided by the hotel exceeded our expectations—it was absolutely delicious! The staff’s service was professional and welcoming, and a special thanks to Paulo! We will definitely come back if we have the chance!
