Pros: Very comfortable room, nice breakfast, friendly staff, easy parking and good location between Bolzano and Merano. Excellent value for the money. The town of Terlano, especially the church is definitely worth a visit.

Cons: The room could have been better soundproofed and let me bring up a small thing: the terrible design of the toilet paper holder.....

A Hidden Gem

Pros: The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming. The pool was just the right temperature and set in a stunning location. Breakfast each morning was delicious and had everything we could want. The train station was only a short walk away, making it very convenient.

Excellent

Pros: Everything was excellent. I highly recommend this hotel. They have a really large free parking lot, a great pool, a garden, a table tennis table,... Excellent breakfasts. But the most important thing is the staff, very friendly and helpful. I enclose photo of a single room.

Cons: There is totally nothing from me to complain.

Pros: The place was very cozy with a nice view and near to the city center. The personnel was extremely welcoming, kind and attentive. We did appreciate the fact the travel card was included with free access to all local public means of transport (we did enjoy the cable car and had a wonderful promenade in the upper part of the mountain). Nice breakfast was very well appreciated as well. Thank you
