Amazing stay with kids

Pros: Perfect family friendly hotel. Great play zone for kids. We had also appreciated the early dinner for kids. Relaxing wellness area was fantastic, we used it everyday. Close to slopes.

Cons: Nothing to say.

An excellent stay, thoroughly enjoyed our mini break!

Pros: From booking to departing, everything was of the highest quality. The staff were very professional and friendly, and catered for all our needs. Location was great, a short walk to others bars and ideal for the cable car.

Cons: Seems picky, but some sausages or bacon would have been nice at breakfast.

Pros: Perfect location, very dog-friendly hotel (preparation in the room, garden entrance...), wide and nice breakfast selection, dinner also consisted of very delicious dishes and unique cuisine. The wellness area is clean and nice, especially the outdoor pool. The staff is very nice and friendly, bartender and the waiters also very nice and helpful for special requests.

Best stay ever. Perfect from start to finish!

Pros: Perfect 2 days. The hotel and the views were amazing. The owner Gabrielle, was outstanding. We were running late, but Phillips called to check if we were coming and arranged dinner for us after we arrived! Welcomed, greeted and made us feel very comfortable. All the staff were superb, attentive and very professional. Dinner and breakfast was superb. So much choice and freshly cooked. Loved the food. Best place I have stayed in .

Cons: Everything was on a top level.

Pros: It was a great experience. The staff is great and very helping and welcoming. It has a great outdoor pool with a fantastic view and a great relaxing area and sauna included. The room was big and clean. The bathroom is great and warm. We had booked the half board option with a various options of morning choises and a good dinner.

Cons: Unfortunately the bed was not too comfortable.

Pros: Great service from all the staff. Very good food, also gluten and lactose free option. Special thanks to Slovak couple (Alex and his wife) who is working in the restaurant - great customer oriented approach !

Cons: Too hot in the room, we were not able to manage temperature in the room....so we had to have open door to the terrace.

Tolles Hotel in perfekter Lage - das Gesamtpaket stimmt rundum.

Pros: Das Hotel Falkensteinerhof hat eine super Lage (1 km bis zum Skilift, Bus direkt um die Ecke). Die Innenausstattung ist aufgeräumt und hochwertig. Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend. Alles ist sehr sauber (ist uns sehr wichtig!). Wir hatten Frühstück und Abendessen gebucht; beim Frühstück gab es eine große Auswahl an Frischen und leckeren Speisen; abends gab es jeden Tag eine tolle Menüauswahl für jeden Geschmack. Im Spa und Pool konnten wir uns nach dem Skifahren perfekt erholen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
