A top class hotel in a beautiful valley - great for families with small children.
Pros: This is a wonderful hotel for families with small children, if you can afford it. Great food, great staff, lots of amenities and a beautiful setting.
Cons: Not quite so good for a retired couple like us. Our room was just above the ‘family pool’ (there is also an adults-only pool) and we had not only the noise but also the heat coming up into our room. The rooms have no aircon and we weren’t able to open wide the French window onto the terrace at night to let the cool air in because the terraces are lit all through the night, for reasons that escape me. I slept poorly for the first few nights until we changed rooms. Also, the hotel is not a great base to explore the Dolomites – it would be better to be around Cortina d’Ampezzo. The E66 is a busy and relatively uninteresting road. My advice: make sure you are not given a room just above the family pool.

exceptional homie atmosphere, we loved it with whole family
Pros: great SPA, two sauna ceremony every day, great equipment for kids as well as for adults only, amazing food, plenty options on breakfast, dinner was excellent, we have enjoyed a lot, very good position for hiking as well as for skiing, just 5 mins by car from cabin lifts on Jochberg or Gitschberg, you can use also ski bus directly from hotel, Malga Fane nice walk for families + hotel's own Masl hut with brunch, very nice daily program organized by hotel, we definitely return in future :)

Fantastico. Già prenotato per l'anno prossimo.
Pros: La struttura è molto bella, grande, moderna e confortevole. Le stanze sono belle e finemente arredate. Il ristoranrte è eccellente, piatti di alto livello e grande disponibilità a piatti fuori menù. Il bouffet eccellente. La SPA con zone relax, piscine, idromassaggio, saune di alto livello. La possibilità di massaggi da personale qualificato.

Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt, aber unsere Zimmerkategorie zu teuer für ihren Standard
Pros: Tolle Architektur, schöner Ausblick, sehr gutes Essen, ausnehmend bemühte und freundliche Eigentümerin, toller neuer Spa Bereich, mit Trennung Familien und Erwachsene, Wellnesangebot , Lage des Hotels
Cons: Verworrener Grundriss, weite, unübersichtliche Wege zur Tiefgarage 1 und 2, diverse Fahrstühle zu benutzen um in die Garage zu kommen, Restaurant uneinheitlich gestaltet und nur ein Raum gemütlich, Bar sehr schön aber voller kleiner Kinder (wir lieben Kinder). “Alte Zimmer” praktikabel und ungemütlich eingerichtet, Balkontisch mini, Duschtrennwand in Badewanne aus Plastik old style, Hauptstraße am Haus vorbei ist hörbar.
