Fantastic location with kind staff

Bella vacanza in comunque ottima struttura. Personale gentile e accogliente.

Pros: Struttura organizzata e pulita. Cucina di ottimo livello e ben curata. Camere luminose e spaziose e molto ordinate. Anche zona welness molto ordinata

Cons: Servizio bar forse da migliorare un poco per la poca presenza e per il mancato servizio al tavolo

Al di là di ogni aspettativa

Pros: Posizione ottima, letteralmente a due passi dall’impianto di risalita Catinaccio e centro di snodo su tutta la Val di Fassa (ma non solo). La nostra camera era pulita e accogliente, perfettamente in stile ladino, con vista sulla Cima 12 (che presta il nome alla struttura) e sulla biblioteca di paese. Colazione abbondante e varia, sia dolce che salata. Possibilità di cenare in struttura (ottima la cucina). Servizi eccezionali, così come tutto lo staff, sempre disponibile, cordiale, gentile. Sembrava proprio di essere a casa.

Pros: Tutto. Parcheggio hotel comodissimo. Vicinanza alla funivia del paese. Struttura molto bella, personale gentile e disponibile anche nel consigliare i luoghi da visitare. Colazione buona e abbondante. Contentissima!

Pros: Personale molto cortese e disponibile, buona posizione vicina alle piste, raggiungibili a piedi (disponibile anche servizio navetta dall'albergo). Bella vista dalla camera, letti comodi, possibilità di cena di buona qualità a 20€.

Cons: Piccola la spa (comunque accogliente e pulita) e idromassaggio a pagamento in un po' caro.
