Pros: The most helpful and friendly staff. Thank you for quiding me to a wonderful place to hike in Pass Pordoi. The view from the window, very clean room, large bathroom.

Pros: Great reception staff, absolutely adorable, helpful and polite. Amazing views around

Cons: At the breakfast if you don’t speak Italian you won’t be offered half of the options. Hot meals were hidden in the kitchen and the signora that supervises breakfast does not offer it to English speakers. It was sad to see how others were having scrambled eggs for example, and me and 2 other families had no choice in that. The lady at the breakfast was also rude and unfriendly

Great skiing, very lucky, excellent weather.

Pros: Hotel Cristallo is a very warm and welcoming hotel. The staff and owners were very helpful and polite. The rooms are large and comfortable. It was a very nice stay.

Very good value offering in a great resort

Pros: Rooms were comfortable, suitably equipped and quiet. Extremely good value considering the pricing of the accommodation.

Cons: Skiroom is on the outside of the property and is not locked. Breakfast is OK by Italian standards, but you may still find it lacking compared to what you may find in northern Europe.

Pros: Very clean and comfortable traditional hotel. Good value and helpful staff. Handy for ski bus, free parking. Quiet hotel.

Cons: A bit of a hike uphill to village centre and village ski lift, but manageable.
