Apartment Villa Huber

Comfortable, quiet, 1st floor studio apartment with lovely views in Gries

Pros: The apartment is on the first floor of a villa in Gries which is about a half to three quarters of an hour walk from the main part of Bolzano which means that the surroundings are quiet and there are private houses and greenery around you rather than busy city streets. There are bus stops at the main road (5 min walk) and in the square (10 min walk) so access to the city is easy. The apartment has a lovely view from the balcony at the front (although this does face the street so at times there are pedestrians and/or vehicles going past). The apartment is a studio but there is a lot of storage for luggage and a separate table for eating as well as bedside tables and the balcony setting to sit at. The galley kitchen has everything you need for cooking.

Cons: The apartment is up a couple of flights of steps so not suitable for those with mobility issues. The apartment is also out of town a bit and not so close to cafes or restaurants, however there are some good venues in the square which is about 10 mins walk or 2 min drive away. There was no washing machine so we needed to travel further into Bolzano to a laundry.

Modern apartment and a good base for visiting Bozano

Pros: The flat had everything we needed in a secluded street. Great balcony to relax and enjoy a glass of wine while watching the sun go down. Good to have parking on site. Great bathroom!

Eine tolle Wohnung in eine sehr ruhig gelegene Lage. Absolut emphelenswert!

Pros: Die Frau Huber, hat uns erwartet und alles sehr ausführlich gezeigt. Wir haben auch noch zusätzlich 2 Stellplätze für unsere Fahrräder bekommen.

Tolles Apartment mit ruhiger Lage.

Pros: Tolle Lage, alles zu Fuß oder kostenlosem ÖPNV erreichbar. Sicherer Stellplatz auf dem Grundstück. Ruhige Lage (am Ende der Sackgasse). Gute Matratze, gute Ausstattung. Leise Klimaanlage.

Cons: Alles perfekt, aber wir würden uns statt der Holzbank eine kleine Couch wünschen.

Pros: Sehr schöne Unterkunft, ruhige Lage, sehr nette Vermieterin, Bozen Card für alle Verkehrsmittel einschließlich Seilbahn

Heerlijk, verzorgd verblijf in appartement Bo(l)z(e)(a)n(o)

Pros: Schoon, slim ingericht en gratis parkeren. OV dichtbij ein inclusief door Südtirol Pass.

Cons: Matrascomfort, kraan wasbak badkamer (blijft lopen, tenzij dat deze oer toeval toch stopt)

Pros: El lugar es un paraíso. Balcón lleno de flores para sentarse allí al atardecer. Impecablemente limpio todo. Tienes todo lo que se pueda necesitar en una casa. Baño increíble. Pero lo que más destaco es la amabilidad de la propietaria Annamarie y su esposo Andreas. El día que llegué, Andreas me fue a buscar a la estación porque yo no conseguía taxi. No sólo eso: como llegué luego del horario de cierre de los supermercados, vino al rato a traerme algunas provisiones para la cena, de regalo! En cuanto a la ubicación, zona tranquila, pintoresca y residencial, a poca distancia caminando del centro (10 ó 15 minutos, según tu paso).

Cons: Imposible encontrar algo en esta propiedad que no te guste. Es un paraíso. Vale cada centavo.

Pros: Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und gepflegt. Frau Huber ist eine tolle Gastgeberin. Sehr hilfsbereit und aufmerksam. Das Bett ist super bequem. In der Nähe (ca. 250m) ist ein Bäcker, bei dem es alles für den täglichen Bedarf gibt. Unweit ist noch ein 2. Bäcker und ein Metzger. Die Bushaltestelle ist in der Nähe der Bäckereien. Auch zu Fuß ist man in gut 25 min in der Innenstadt. Im Stadtteil Gries gibt es mehrere Cafés, eine Pizzaria um essen zu gehen oder Bsrs um abends gemütlich etwas trinken zu gehen. Die Wohnung liegt ruhig in einer Sackgasse.Ein Parkplatz steht im Hof zur Verfügung, das ist sehr angenehm. Wir kommen gerne wieder und können das Apartment auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen.

Cons: Ein etwas weichers Sitzkissen auf der Bank wäre angenehm. Ansonsten hat uns alles gefallen.

Pros: Vicinanza ai servizi di trasporto pubblici. Bella vista sulle montagne. Zona molto tranquilla e silenziosa.
