Nice apparment in great neigbourhood with your own parking garage

Pros: Good communication and warm and friendly welcome. Great location, private parking garage and within walking distance of the centre with a lot of restaurants and shops. Also good for exploring the area. Very nice stylish modern appartment, super clean and good space. We also liked the outdoor space and the neighbourhood. It was a bit warm inside but with the shitters closed during the day it was still comfortable. Don’t hesitate to boom this, it is the right place to stay in Bolzano area!

Nice play for a stay on Bolzano

Pros: Nice and clean appartment in the proximity of the city centre. Secure underground parking for a medium size car. Very nice and friendly host. I strongly recommend.

We couldn’t have been happier with our stay here. Perfect.

Pros: The apartment was in a fantastic location a flat interesting walk into Bolzano. We went in on our first evening to see Otzi and then had dinner and wandered home with a Gelato. Perfecto. So easy we went back in to town in the morning for a relaxed breakfast as the checkout is 11am. Verena is so easy to communicate with and her father Pino was so kind giving us the keys and showing us around. The garage meant we felt very happy to leave the car and walk around town. The icing on the cake for me was The Bath 🥰

Pros: It was easy. The property own came on time to meet me, show me how to enter the property, where to park my car and general room facitliies.. it was great.

A perfect accommodation with everything you need

Pros: It was a mordern, clean, comfortable and beautiful place to stay. Not only was the kitchen well-equipped, but everything we needed was readily available, making our stay very convenient. The apartment was not far from the old town, close to a supermarket, and easily accessible to anywhere using a transportation card. Verena communicated with us even before our stay, thoughtfully preparing everything we might need and taking great care of us. Her father, Pino, gave us a truly warm welcome. We loved both Bolzano and the apartment so much that we didn’t want to leave. Thank you for everything!

Pros: Everything was brand new, there was everything (and even more) I needed and it was super clean. Communication with the owner was perfect. She provided a city card (free of charge) for busses and museums

Cons: Location is not that central, but Bolzano is not that big. It's easy to walk anywhere to and in case the bus is available (which is free thanks to the city card)

Pros: The location and physical comfort that the apartment offers

Pros: Clean, well organised, great communication with host who was so helpful she even called a taxi for us at 7am! Deep bath, Netflix, lift access and washing machine were added luxuries. Unexpected inclusion of a Bolzano card providing free public transport, one free cable car trip, one free museum entrance and much more was great for our budget. Easy access to public transport.

Exceptional appartment and host ,would stay again

Pros: The location was excellent,bus stop across the road.Lots of restaurants walking distance. Charming apartment ,Verena and her father made us very welcome,including some good restaurant reservations,and organizing the Bolzano card,which allowed free travel in the region and to most major attractions
