Pros: It was nice that it was located downtown. The owner is friendly. It was nice that the parking place was close. It's enough for a family of four to stay.

Cons: There's no mosquito net so a lot of little bugs come in.

Pros: Very accommodating and right in the center of the city. The property had everything to accommodate a family of 5. Linens, pillows, towels, coffee, dishes and all the necessities were provided. Giacomo, was very friendly and super helpful with answering questions and very attentive to our needs. The apartment was pleasant I could’ve stayed longer!

Cons: I would say the parking was the only thing. If you are driving in prepare to park away from the property. Giacomo was again very helpful on giving locations for the best spots in the city for parking. It does give you the advantage to walk from the parking to the apartment and you walk past grocery stores and some restaurants so you can do some exploring on the way to the apartment.

Pros: Tutto ok, molto pulita e molto comoda anche come posizione per girare il centro di Bolzano e i mercatini. Host molto gentile e disponibile, tutto soddisfacente.

Cons: Forse un po’ cara in assoluto ma rispetto ai prezzi di Bolzano ottima

Pros: Struttura comoda, piacevole e in zona tranquilla, collegata benissimo con il trasporto pubblico in tutte le direzioni. Staff gentilissimo e premuroso. Raccomando l'alloggio a chiunque

Pros: Die Unterkunft ist gut gelegen und ruhig. Besonders toll ist der Samstag-Markt direkt um die Ecke. Die Innenstadt ist 10 min zu Fuss entfernt. In der direkten Umgebung gibt es Supermärkte und Cafès, sowie Bushaltestellen. Wir haben uns mit vier Personen wirklich wohl gefühlt und hatten ausreichend Platz. Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und die Kommunikation problemlos. Es gab eine Kaffee-Kapselmaschine, die wir gut genutzt haben.

Cons: Die Ausstattung der Küche war etwas reduziert. Wir hätten uns über ein paar Kaffeetassen, Schüsseln fürs Frühstück und ein scharfes Messer gefreut. Sonst ist aber alles zum Kochen einfacher Mahlzeiten vorhanden.

Pros: Toplocatie in de buurt van het centrum en dicht bij de markt. Het appartement was erg schoon. We werden vriendelijk ontvangen waardoor we ons welkom voelden

Cons: Er was niet genoeg keukengerei mocht je zelf willen koken. parkeren was wat lastig maar niet onmogelijk

Pros: Lage top, alles fußläufig erreichbar, sehr nette Vermieterin, große, komfortable Wohnung zu einem guten Preis. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
