Loft del Talvera 2

Pros: Cozy loft, walking distance from the city center. Well equipped for cooking, floor heating is really nice for winter stays.

Great modern, compact apartment

Pros: Very modern and nice apartment, walking distance to the centre. Juan, the owner, provided information and service beyond our expectations. We god streaming tv services, cheap parking, and a warm welcome.

Wonderful couples visit to Bolzano

Pros: We loved our stay here at the Loft del Talvera 2. Juan was very easy to communicate with, and totally flexible and supportive. It was an easy 10-15 mins walk to the city center and the bus stations are accessible all around.

Pros: I love the facilities, the design, the location. And the bed and bedding is sooo good, we both had a wonderful rest every night.

Cons: Well, the faucet for washing private parts is broken. But I believe the landlord will fix it.

Great apartment in good locations with some small issues.

Pros: Great looking property in a very goog location on the edge of the old town with great access to transport and restaurants.

Cons: small couch, no coffee table, bar stools too high for eating at Kit hen Island.

Beautiful spacious apartment within easy walking distance of Bolzano old town.

Pros: Fabulous apartment, beautifully decorated and furnished and very spacious. It is just a 5 minute walk across the river from the old town of Bolzano. The owner is very helpful and communicative. There’s a bar/café just 1 minute from the front door for breakfast and a drink in the evening on the way home and a good value for money family run pizzeria/ristorante in the next street. Highly recommended, we would definitely book again if/when we return to Bolzano.

Cons: not a big deal, but a little window above the big wardrobe did not have a curtain or a sunblock of some sort, so the bright sunshine came through as early as 5am. Maybe a small piece of advise, to add a little dark curtain there might make the flat absolutely perfect.

Pros: Apartamento muy confortable, moderno, luminoso y limpieza impecable. Las atenciones de bienvenida sumaron a la estadía. Muy buena ubicación!! Las fotos coinciden con el apartamento.

Uno splendido weekend

Pros: La struttura è molto accogliente, il letto è comodissimo e gli spazi sono ben organizzati. La cucina è fornitissima e sono presenti the/caffè per la colazione (assente solo olio). Nel bagno è presente phon, kit di primo soccorso e saponi (sia per doccia che per lavandino). Il proprietario è molto cordiale e disponibile, ci ha fatto trovare una bottiglia di vino, dei cioccolatini e dei biscotti molto apprezzati. L’appartamento è molto vicino al centro e a diversi supermarket (uno dei quali aperto anche fino a tardi).

Cons: La finestra vicino alla doccia era un po’ sporca, niente che non si possa risolvere con una spolverata in più. L’appartamento non ha un parcheggio riservato, tuttavia ci sono un po’ di posti blu nelle vicinanze (attenzione però al mercato). Consiglio tuttavia di richiedere al gentile proprietario Josè la tessera dei residenti che ha un costo complessivamente più conveniente del parcheggio sui posti blu.
