Pretty good considering other options, but not the greatest

Pros: Easy self check-in, love that! Location was very good, close to center but on a pretty quiet street at night. Staff responded in time through WhatsApp, apartment pretty ok but lacks some stuff.

Cons: Apartment needs drapes that you can see through during day time, has only the ones that make complete darkness so you need artificial light during day time unless you want everyone in the building in front to see you. Internet wasn't working but after talking to them and doing a reset it did, we found the door opened one day though they said nobody was there, nothing was taken but that was odd, we definitely locked it and they have cameras they can check, was probably the maid but we didn't have daily cleaning. The room could use more cleaning after each customer, the table was filthy, someone ate some oily fish on it and we had to wash it... We lacked some of those recycling bags and never got proper ones also they didn't say exactly where you can take your plastic and paper trash with and dump it into recycling bins, we had to look ourselves on the streets, a little map wouldn't hurt. Otherwise no complaints other that apartments in this area are way too expensive, in other countries you can get a 4 stars hotel with a pool and free breakfast for far less... A kitchen towel could be useful too and good nightstands, and the black mold in the bathroom needs a good anti mold spray. Apartment seems pretty newly renovated but other guests weren't so careful with it walls.

Nice small apartment in central Bolzano

Pros: A nice small modern apartment in a good location for central Bolzano. Kitchen was well equipped and bathroom was a good size. Had a little balcony but the road outside is surprisingly noisy with traffic so couldn't use it. Traffic noise wasn't a problem with balcony doors closed.

Cons: Apartment was hot even with AC so would have liked sheets on the bed...only duvets. Late check out is possible (10.00 is the normal time) but you have to pay 15 euro per hour extra...seems like a lot!

Pros: After dolomites 2 night stay in bolzano easy location to walk and enjoy the town

Ideal location for visiting Bolzano.

Pros: Everything was great. The only thing missing was I would have liked a few teabags on arrival as it was late and I forgot to bring any. Fabulous location, lovely little balcony, it was 40 degrees outside but the aircon was fine. Highly recommended.

It was good, good location computable apartment

Pros: Very close to the old city but still quiet There is an option for parking for extra money. It is not too simple to enter (3 different keys) but it save a lot of time and money if you want your car close

Pros: Perfect location, comfortable bed, nice shower, practical kitchen

Cons: they say within 12 hours you have to report any damages, otherwise you are responsible. Am I supposed to test all the machines? thats not my job ... also there was no soap for hand washing the dishes and no towel. we had to use the dishwasher for 5 cups. also no salt, tea, coffee (better bring some, if you want to cook).

Pros: Posizione ottima per me e personale gentile e sempre disponibile. Parcheggio caro ma utile perché i blu costano di più.

Cons: L'unica cosa che direi è che magari è importante sistemare la doccia che se no si allaga sempre il bagno e lo sgabello che dondola un po'

Siamo stati 4 giorni e abbiamo girato tanto la zona. L'appartamento ha una posizione molto buona.

Pros: L'appartamento sta in una posizione molto centrale, facile raggiungere il centro e anche le stazione di bus e treni.

Cons: Per 3 adulti la stanza e un po piccola, andr benissimo per bambini piccoli.

Pros: Todo muy limpio y la posición muy buena, repetiría sin pensar
