Pros: This is a stunning modern flat in a terrific location in Bolzano - you walk out right into the middle of the old town. The apartment comes with its own space in an underground parking garage in the same building complex. Communication with the manager / owner was excellent. The flat was spotlessly clean and has everything you might need for a stay of a few days. VThe vews from the terraces are a bonus.
Cons: Nothing we did not like. Tutto bene!

Perfect city centre apartment in a great location with its own secure parking.
Pros: This is a beautiful three double bedroom, three bathroom flat in an excellent city centre location (and very close to a Spar shop). As with most city centre residences in Italian towns this is in a pedestrian area, but it comes with generous modern underground parking only a very short walk away. The flat can accommodate six adults with ease. The instructions we were sent by the host to access the flat were a little complicated, but very clear to follow.

Enjoyable stay, unbeatable location with secure garage, but maintenance required
Pros: The most amazing location, straight from the Old Town into the building, it doesn’t get any better. We stored our e-bikes in the underground garage with state of the art security. Lovely bright apartment, each bedroom had doors opening on to the patios. Excellent assistance from the host when required. Comfortable bed and pillows. Fabulous that the host supplied coffee pods, laundry powder and dish washing tabs.
Cons: It is important to provide honest feedback so that fellow travellers can make considered choices when booking. When you stay at a high end apartment, expectations are that everything works! However this was not the case for us. The sofa was falling apart and either needs replacing or repairing - we could not use the lounge because the back and sides fell away/separated when we sat on it. The owner has since advised after our stay that replacement parts have arrived so the sofa may now have been repaired. But we should have been advised prior to our stay of this issue. The automatic louvre blinds in one of the downstairs bedroom is broken and does not raise/lower so guests occupying this bedroom could not access the terrace and had to access the terrace through the other downstairs bedroom. It is a fabulous modern kitchen, but it is not fully stocked as advertised - there are no serving bowls for salads, or platters, or casserole dishes for the oven, there is only a baking tray in the oven . So, tricky dining on the balconies with nothing to serve on. We could not find a bread knife and purchased one. The host advised that there were 3 but we could not find one. The photos do not show that you have to access all terraces by walking through bedrooms - this is not something the host can fix. A further issue - the wifi does not work in the upstairs main bedroom a major inconvenience for the people staying in that bedroom. We worked around the kitchen issues, they were/are not deal breakers. But, the lounge being not fit for purpose, the broken electric blind and inability to access the terrace from that bedroom, and no wifi upstairs are issues the host needs address. So, check before you book, and if all repaired, you will have a delightful stay.

Wonderful apartment, good for 3.4 people.
Pros: The apartment was very clean, and very spacious. it has separate bathrooms, and the kitchen had all utensils. Beautiful location and many balconies. I loved the stay at Sweet home Museo

Really great place. Well located. 20 stairs at front
Pros: Beautiful luxury modern property, lovey design, fully equipped. Extremely spacious. Luxury appointments. Nice kitchen and bathrooms. Top floor. Nice views from balconies and rooftop deck. Great location close to Anthropology Museum (Otzë display is very good), next door to Zara so it’s in a prime location. Bolzano itself is a beautiful clean prosperous city, very cultured and well educated. We really enjoyed the cable car to the mountain villages and train ride there. And an alpine drive to Lake Carezza. We did a lot in a short time in Spring. The owner left some passes for local attractions which was nice (free entry to Museum).
Cons: 20 steps at the front entrance would be too much for some people. The lift did not work the first 2 days so we had to carry the luggage up 4 floors. And do a lot of stair walking.

Pros: Eine wunderschöne Wohnung, sauber, durchdacht. Sehr modern. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Eine sehr gute Betreuung. Wenn wir wieder in Bozen sind, buchen wir die Wohnung wieder.

Ottimo appartamento per visitare Bolzano e dintorni
Pros: L'appartamento è in pieno centro, a pochi passi da Piazza delle erbe, con negozi di abbigliamento, generi alimentari, ristoranti, la passeggiata sul Talvera e la splendida Chiesa del Sacro Cuore, tutti raggiungibili a piedi in una manciata di secondi. È spazioso, pulito, silenzioso, ben riscaldato, fornito di coperte e cuscini di vario tipo, ha letti comodi e una vista impareggiabile, specie al piano superiore. La Signora Dorotea è capace di risolvere ogni inconveniente rapidamente.
Cons: La casa è ben organizzata ma suggerisco di aggiungere un paio di ganci appendiabiti sulla parete di fronte alla porta, per riporre zaini o cappotti anche fuori dall'apposito armadio. La camera superiore non ha i comodini (noi abbiamo risolto portando due sedie ma sicuramente sarebbe meglio qualcosa di più specifico) né dei pulsanti raggiungibili dal letto per comandare le luci. Inoltre l'appendiabiti senza antine messo, a modo di spalliera, dietro il letto non è il massimo per comodità ed ordine. Nulla di impossibile da migliorare, comunque. La doccia ha un buon getto, ma dopo 7/8 minuti l'acqua diventa meno calda, quindi è bene non attardarsi. Come indicato da altri viaggiatori, l'accesso alla casa è un po' impegnativo sia per il funzionamento dell'ascensore, solo con chiave inserita, che per la rampa di scale necessaria per raggiungere l'ascensore stesso; ma, non avendo usato il posto auto, non sappiamo se magari lì ci sia qualche altro ingresso più agevole. Infine, c'è stato un piccolo disguido sulla nostra cagnolina di 2,5 Kg ingenerato da booking, che, in fase di prenotazione, non ha indicato il supplemento giornaliero richiesto dal gestore. Infatti, avendo saldato l'intero il soggiorno prima del nostro arrivo, non avevamo portato con noi i codici della carta di credito per i pagamenti on line e la struttura era impossibilitata a ricevere l'extra con PayPal o in contanti. È stato però tutto risolto grazie alla buona comunicazione con Dorotea con la quale ci siamo accordati di versare l'importo al rientro.

Pros: Арендовали апартаменты на компанию из 2 семей, 4 взрослых с 22 по 26 января. Очень просторные и удобные апартаменты, есть все необходимое, хороший ремонт, предоставляется гараж для автомобиля. С заселением и выездом проблем не было. Персонал отзывчивый и вежливый. Месторасположение идеальное - прямо в центре, в шаговой доступности супермаркет, рестораны, магазины, музеи… Все понравилось. Рекомендую!
