Pros: Best location, clean, large basicly everything was perfect

Pros: In the heart of Bolzano, a classy apartment. Very helpful staff in separate office.

Cons: Unable to reach the host during our check in. The property was expected to be few streets away from the check in point, but we couldn’t reached the host when we arrived at their office.

A great apartment in the center of beautiful Bolzano

Pros: Perfect location, large apartment, perfectly equipped, extremely clean, nicely furnished with design furniture. The mist is the location: you will be literally at the center of the city in walking distance to the main attractions. Directions were very clear and the apartment manager was responsive.

Cons: You will need to get your keys and drop them in a different. Not too far but one would at least expect a self checking process if the host is unable to be there at check in. The apartment being at the center of everything, it may be loud for those sleeping in the living room. However, this comes with the territory and it did not bother us more than that.

Nice town, amazing apartment.

Pros: Really beautiful, spacious apartment with everyting you may need and more... 😊 Impeccable furniture and decoration, and very clean.

Cons: The instructions about the car park and key collection spot (which later discovered were only a few steps away from each other if you through a tunnel from the car park to the Luna hotel) were a bit confusing. Also, we sent 3 messages to the property to ask about the ZTL in Bolzano on the previous days, but we got no answers. The staff at the key collection spot, however, were really kind and helpful.

Great location and spacious

Pros: The location was perfect, and the elevator was excellent. It was very spacious.

Cons: The kitchen really lacked things that were necessary to be able to cook. A basic spatula is not there. There was only two water glasses. There was wine glasses, and other glasses. Also, it bothered me that they didn’t have basic salt and pepper and oil. It’s very frustrating to come in for a short time and not have those simple supplies when you pay such a high price. It was also inconvenient to go to the office and pick up the keys and then have to leave to drop the keys at the office. One would think for the price that we paid they would have someone greet you at the Apartment, show you the place how things work And come by and pick up the keys for you instead of us hauling our luggage over to the office and then back.

Liked the ability of the app to open doors so didn't have to carry a key.

Pros: Location was great. Ended up purchasing breakfasts at the Bistro. Good food.

Cons: Some noise (clogging or pogo stick?) from one of the apartments one night. Annoying, but not extremely bad.

Viaggio di lavoro, ma siamo stati molto bene. Appartamento caldo accogliente e pulito.

Pros: Ottima posizione centrale, parcheggio vicinissimo e convenzionato a metà prezzo, molto pulito. Siamo arrivati tardi alle 9.00 di sera, ma non abbiamo avuto nessun problema a reperire le chiavi dell'abitazione. Gestita da Alex estremamente gentile e accogliente, ottimo host.

Sehr schön!

Pros: Der Check-in war unkompliziert und wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Das Apartment ist sehr groß und es gibt alles was man braucht. Der Ausblick durch den Erker auf die Straßen Bozens ist sehr schön! Es gibt extrem viel Stauraum in der Wohnung. Alles super 👍

Cons: Leider ist es in der Früh relativ laut (aber das ist leider generell ein Problem in Bozens Altstadt). Die Müllabfuhr, die Straßenreinigung, die Lieferanten, … fahren durch die Straßen. Im Schlafzimmer wahrscheinlich weniger ein Problem, aber wenn man im Wohnzimmer schläft stört es ein wenig.

Pros: Amazing location, friendly host, clean, comfortable. Parking is a few minutes walk away
