Arte Apartments

Highly recommend!

Pros: Great accomodation that was lovely and clean, and with plenty of room. Basically located in the middle of the old city with everything right at your doorstep. Parking at one of the designated parking places was ok as the accommodation was only a short walk away.

Cons: No microwave. Not a major issue but it would have been helpful.

Pros: The location was excellent, and the apartment was spacious.

Cons: Time constraints on the pick up time for the keys were an issue. Had to pick up before 6:30 pm, train scheduled to arrive at 6:00 pm made it a bit stressful. Also a lot of Kate night Street noise from the restaurants downstairs meant we had to close the windows and use the aircon.

Fantastically located light and elegant flat.

Pros: Lovely light elegant rooms. Location couldn’t be better with lots of food market stalls and good restaurants 2 minutes away. Great to have an elevator. The only improvement I could suggest would be more kitchen equipment.

Fantastic flat , beautifully decorated in the center of town

Pros: Spacious, nicely decorated, comfortable beds, central location.

Cons: If I could find a little thing, is that the smart tv didn’t work. ( no possible to stream Netflix / YouTube or other) . The TV though was working.

Pros: Great location. Very convenient and close to everything. The place was very roomy and clean. There is no elevator so if you have of luggage be prepared to carry it up.

Cons: The WiFi was an issue the entire time. For me that wasn't really a problem but my daughter had to work for at least an hour or two each day and had difficulty doing so.

Beautiful space in the heart of Bolzano

Pros: Beautifully decorated, spacious, comfortable. It is perfectly located, right in the middle of downtown near everything to see and do, restaurants, stores and super markets. Not too far from the parking space either. Loved the place and would come back!

Great location in spacious apartment.

Pros: Lovely location in heart of old town. Spacious apartment and very clean. Lovely beds. Despite location it was very quiet at night thanks to double glazing.

Cons: We were a little early and despite someone being at the office with an open door we were advised to come back in 15 minutes once the office was “open”. There were 4 coffee capsules for a party of 3 staying for 2 nights. Given it wasn’t a cheap stay it would seem much more welcoming to be a little more generous.

Beautiful place with great links, just don't go there at the weekend.

Pros: Nice big apartment in the centre of town, very clean with all modern appliances (inc. washing machine), no iron, but this seemed to be a recurring incidence in Italy, however they did provide us one when asked. The location was fantastic and very close to the Autostrada which gives you great links to all the surrounding attractions, the highlight of which was Seceda ridgeline, only a 25 min drive from Bolzano. The town is beautiful with a plethora of shops to empty your wallet in a heartbeat. Best gelato in town is the Gelateria Portogallo on 26 Via Museo.

Cons: Parking was quite a bit away from the apartment which meant dragging suitcases across cobbled roads, but we new that from the outset, you could transport your luggage once the vehicle restrictions have been lifted at night. Problem with Wifi on arrival, the hosts have an office nearby and they said they would come round the next morning to have a look, but with it being a weekend this never happened. Bolzano is one of those typical German/Austrian towns whereby a lots of shops and restaurants are closed after midday on Saturday, I would recommend coming here during the week. Worst food (due to limited open restaurants) was La Piazza in the main Waltherplatz square, quite possibly the worst food I've had at a restaurant in many a year, avoid at all costs, go to the McDonalds around the corner instead.

Cons: Not much Would have been nice to have a toaster and an iron
