Lauben Suite Old Town Bolzano

Pros: Compared to the majority of other apartments within same price range this one is absolutely the best, no doubt about. We have been coming to Bolzano twice a year for the past 5 years and had many apartments, hotels and b&b. Nothing compares to these. Cozy, comfy, fully equipped, pet friendly.

Perfect location. Safe and comfortable.

Pros: Extremely comfortable and secure large studio. Washing machine and iron

Cons: Could use a pedestal fan.l and ironing board.

I want my apartment to be like this

Pros: It's the most homey apartment I have ever stayed in. Well furnished with light furnitures and decorations which serve the purpose and necessities, makes it a very pleasant and relaxing stay. Also the view from the windows are amazing.

Great ideal location in Bolzano at a great price !

Pros: Great location in the city centre, has bonus rooftop access. Apartment was nice, clean and well decorated. The kitchen had all the essentials and was perfect for our stay

Cons: Was a little difficult to find the correct entrance, and there was a few communication issues trying to check in and find the building. The air con was fixed at a certain temp and could have been cooler.

Great apartment to base yourself in Bolzano if you’re travelling or staying.

Pros: Great central location Old Bolzano Town. Close to everything so you don’t need to walk far for all your needs. Host is great help and great early communicator.

Pros: Fantastic location, 10 minute walk from train station and cable car. Very close to a number of supermarkets, restaurants and shopping.

Fantastic apartment right in the heart of the old town

Pros: – The location is fantastic – right in the heart of the old town, so you are just minutes away from great restaurants and shops. It's just 10 minutes walking to the main bus and train stations as well – The room is large and comfortable and has lots of natural light. The kitchen is especially fantastic – there's enough plates, pots and pans and even table mats and cutlery. If you like cooking, this place is great

Great apartment for a stay in Bolzano

Pros: We had a very enjoyable stay at this vacation flat. The owner lives just upstairs in the same building. She was very helpful. Her English is passable, though far better than our nonexistent Italian and failing German. Fortunately, her daughter helps her out with guest arrangements and her English is fluent. The apartment itself is very comfortable and spacious. We had no problem cooking a few simple meals when we didn't feel like eating out a restaurant. The apartment is in a building along a main pedestrian corridor in the old town. There are lots of shops and restaurants just outside the door of the building. The apartment is on the third floor, and there is an elevator as an alternative to the stairs. The owner has access to a parking space in a nearby parking garage that guests can book for an additional fee. We made use of it and were satisfied. Prospective guests should note that the garage space is small and won't fit anything other than a small car.

Cons: Unfortunately, some nights there were noisy people out and about late at night in the street below the apartment. The noise wasn't the owner's fault, and we dealt with the situation by closing the windows until all was quiet.

We really enjoyed our stay!

Pros: The apartment is nicely decorated and comfortable. The hosts are very kind, they answered all our questions and were very responsive, and we very much appreciated their understanding of our late arrival due to train delays. The location is perfect, we really enjoyed being right in the center of the city.

Cons: It was mostly quite clean, but there were a few things that could get a bit more attention (ex. There was used coffee left in the coffee machine and the counter)
