Lovely location in the pedestrian street of Bolzano

Pros: The location is excellent, in the very middle of Bolzano, historical building, safe (there are several doors to unlock until reaching the apartment) and clean. Parking is possible nearby, with 50% discount from the location. The staff was friendly, kind and helpful

Cons: We stayed only one night and had everything we needed for it. Our apartment was at the 3rd floor, with no elevator. I imagine if one will stay longer and had a big luggage, may be uncomfortable

Pros: I really enjoyed my stay. The apartment is cozy and spacious, located right in the center of Bolzano. It was clean and warm, and I felt very comfortable staying there

Pros: Beautiful old apartment situated in the gorgeous town of bolzano, staff were lovely, very informative gave good advice, absolutely stunning apartment, great facilities, very clean and everything you need. Even better than the pictures, very spacious

Spacious but overpriced

Pros: Spacious room, great location, comfortable and calm.

Cons: Building not well maintained In the building there is an office space somewhat strange, elevator goes directly to the office which was open! Rooms are only accessible via the stairs. The building is protected (Denkmal) but nonetheless too pricey for this type of situation.

Pros: Historical apartment in the heart of Bolzano. Fully equipped. Comfortable beds.

Cons: No elevator. Ca 250 m from parking place.

Some aspects could be better

Pros: Lovely spot, very central. Very spacious and comfortable.

Cons: I thought the kitchenette was great for throwing together quick meals or a salad. Or even for making tea. A suggestion I have is to provide the guests with a few dishwasher tablets for the nights they are staying. Otherwise, what's the benefit of having a dishwasher if there's no pods to use it with? Also, would have preferred fresh towels every few days. We stayed for 6 nights and never got any replacements.

Pros: Great location, a 15-minute walk to all major attractions and restaurants. Restaurants suggested by the staff were quite good as well, but a bit expensive

Cons: You can use paid parking which does not justify the price. The best option is using street parking (White lines are free), but it's a challenge to find a free spot nearby

Unforgettable stay in the oldest street of Bolzano!

Pros: Great communication with property manager, elegant interior, fully-equipped, strong wi-fi, location to die for!

Cons: The building is really old and does not have an elevator. That means that you have to carry your luggage for three floors.

Pros: Apartments are located right in the middle of the main shopping street. As most of shops close at 7 p.m. it is very silent outside during the night. Administration desk for check-in and check-out is 5 minutes walk away. We have had a perfect stay!
