Historic Rooms and Apartments in the City Centre of Bolzano

If I ever come back to Bolzano, I wouldn’t hesitate to book this apartment again.

Pros: We really liked everything. The apartment was modern, yet it preserved the charm of the historic building.

Cons: Everything was great. Perhaps a TV would be a nice addition.

Pros: The apartment is very good and located in downtown, very close to the majority of Bolzano touristic points. It is in ZTL zone, but there is a parking around 400m from the apartment where you can leave your car. Julian has provided all necessary details requested during check-in and check-out. I really recommend this apartment.

Cons: Only thing I missed was some cleaning stuff (broom, for example) in the apartment.

Enjoyable stay in beautiful Bolzano

Pros: We really loved our apartment. It was clean comfortable and well equipped, and in a great location. Julian was most accommodating and we were able to access the apartment prior to the designated time. The housekeeping staff were very good too. Really good showers.

Cons: We liked everything apart this apartment.

This was the best stay out of all the homes we stayed in, in Italy.

Pros: The location of this apartment is strategic. The host is fantastic, very responsive and accommodating. It is a lovely modern home with all the amenities you need to make this a comfortable stay.

Cons: Perhaps having some pan lids would help with the cooking. Again, not a big issue but we were trying to cover our pans while cooking to keep the kitchen as clean as possible, but there weren't any for us to use.

Fabulous located room in the heart of Bolzano

Pros: Fabulous location in the centre of Bolzano, within walking distance of the train station and lots of restaurants and bars all around the area. The double room was very clean and modern and had a coffee machine and a kettle too The owner responded quickly to questions asked. The Bolzano card is a massive bonus giving access to buses, trains, cable cars and museums.

Cons: No wardrobe or storage space at all so you cannot unpack your case, as nowhere to hang anything. The room itself is rather small and spartan. The double bed is up against the wall at one side. The main lighting in the room was a bit intense and the bedside lights defunct.

It is super comfortable

Pros: Everything, Also the host provided very detailed instructions on how to reach and open the doors , he was very helpful. I like the fact that public transport cards were provided.

Cons: It may get little noisy during nights due to central location but it is not that annoying

Pros: The host responded quickly, rooms were in the very city centre of wonderful Bolzano, a clean and relatively quiet apartment. Coffee machine with decent coffee.

Fantastic place worth coming back.

Pros: The property was ultra modern and incredible on 2 levels. Situated in the centre of Bolzano close to everything.

Cons: No wardrobe to hang clothes.

Wonderful stay with best location in Bolzano.

Pros: The apartment was wonderful and it was so easy to feel like home and enjoy the stay. Julian was very helpful and everything went easily. I already recommended this place to my friends and would come myself here if returning to Bolzano.

Pros: The location was perfect, in the middle of Bolzano city. It's within walking distance to everything. The room was very nice and clean and the bathroom was very good.

Cons: It was a little noisy since it was in the city, but not too much. It was a very simple room, with nothing extra. I would still recommend staying here if you're visiting Bolzano.
