Pros: The location is super. Very close to central station, bus station, cable car, restaurants. The host gave very clear instruction where to get keys.

Cons: The view is not good as the apartments are close to each other. You cannot really open the curtain. The faucet for the shower can be replace. Water does not come out properly.

Pros: The location was very good, the apartment was clean, and the staff was responsive to our requests.

Cons: We had some difficulty with the lock box and the coffee machine, and the internet was available intermittently. Generally, the mattress and wooden folding chairs were uncomfortable, so there was no place to relax completely.

Pros: This apartment is perfect. The owner is reachable, quick and fast responss friend ly and nice.. Very organize. We enjoy our stay just in the city. You can find all you need in this place.I recommend this apartment

Pros: Struttura molto silenziosa, al centro della città, letto molto comodo e i servizi sanitari eccellenti.

Bolzano nel cuore

Pros: La posizione centralissima, appartamento nuovo, molto pulito. Host ha dato le indicazioni perfette per l'ingresso della struttura. Consigliatissimo.

Pros: Indicazioni precise per il ritiro delle chiavi, che avviene in autonomia. Cucina ben attrezzata, anche se avrei lasciato almeno due canovacci per le stoviglie.

Cons: Nell'appartamento non erano presenti istruzioni sulla raccolta della spazzatura (se differenziata o meno). Collegamento wifi non funzionante. Era presente un solo cuscino sul letto, nonostante il letto fosse matrimoniale; il secondo era nell'armadio ma senza federa. E' vero che la prenotazione era per una persona sola, ma se scelgo un posto con letto matrimoniale è perchè magari voglio dormire in maniera più confortevole e spaziosa. Le finestre affacciano su una chiostrina interna accessibile anche da altre unità immobiliari, pertanto non si possono lasciare le finestre aperte e le tapparelle alzate in quanto le tende sono poco oscuranti. Erano presenti solamente asciugamano doccia e bidet, senza asciugamano per viso e mani.

Pros: Posizione strategica e centralissima. Il proprietario gentile e sempre disponibile per ogni esigenza. La struttura è super pulita e confortevole. Ho soggiornato per lavoro per un lungo periodo e sicuramente ci ritornerò in futuro. Un'eccellenza.

Eine wunderbare Unterkunft in top Lage!

Pros: Eine schöne Wohnung mitten in der Altstadt, ruhig und mit großem Bad. Alles war super sauber.

Cons: Das Schlüsselkästchen mit dem Haustürschlüssel war nicht ganz einfach zu öffnen. Unser Vermieter hat aber superschnell reagiert und uns geholfen.
