Excellent in every way, as long as you are a digital native.

Pros: The flat was excellent, location great, beds comfortable. The host was very responsive, because the TV remote control didn’t work and they fixed it with an hour. Wifi good.

Cons: Everything is digital, including the keys and all instructions for everything in the flat. I would have liked some details on paper, such as what to do with the recycling, the wifi password etc. For some things, it is too much bother to download instructions - I want to have a piece of paper in a kitchen cabinet. The front door key is digital and was on my email, which means we couldn’t work out how other members of my family could go back to the flat without me. We managed for one night, but for a longer stay, that would have been irritating.

Lovely stay in a historic building in the center of Bolzano

Pros: Design, location, easy check-in/out. Discounts on parking and breakfast at Cooper Cafe (very good option).

Great for family during Christmas markets

Pros: Easy to use the keyless entry via my mobile phone. Great location on one of the main shopping streets, perfect for a family for the Christmas markets. Liked the kitchenette, the tea and coffee maker. Lighting and bed capacity were good.

Cons: Hot water heater capacity wasn't good for a family of 5. If one person took a shower for longer than 10 minutes, there wasn't any hot water left for the next person unless you waited an hour. When we arrived the hot water heater wasn't fully heated so there was just hot water for one person. Eventually we figured out a system to make it work for us and kept hitting the recharge button constantly in the morning.

Fantastic location, spacious, clean.

Pros: Fantastic location in centre of town in amongst the luxury stores (& walking distance from station). Spacious, well lit, well heated, exceptionally clean + it conveniently had an elevator. The self check-in was a good system too (once I figured out how to trigger the lock opening on app). They tended to a curtain that wouldn’t close (initially difficult for my son to sleep with light coming in).

Cons: Needed some spare pillows!!. The existing ones were very thin/flat so (because there were none spare), I slept on a towel and he slept on a folded blanket for extra height. When I asked for pillows to be provided the next day, I received one velvet lounge dress pillow 🤪. Perhaps lost in translation? A little milk for the tea/coffee also would have been nice (tho appreciated that tea & coffee was provided).

Pros: Liked everything. Double check that the penthouse you book has the view if that is what you think you are booking.

Great accommodation

Pros: The size of the rooms, cooking utensils available. Beautifully furnished, great position near restaurants and fruit markets.

Cons: Not having control of the air conditioner.

Nice apartment if you are short. Very central

Pros: Very central location. 7 min walk from car parking , bit tricky with suitcases on cobblestones. Thankfully there is a lift! Quite roomy.

Cons: Head height a big problem. Also all rooms had multi levels/ steps including bathroom.

Pros: Awesome Place clean modernized and simple to get Access!

Good

Pros: Big clean and spacious apartment. It has everything you need. Location is also great close to train station.

Cons: Nearby public Parking is very expensive (25 EUR for 24 hours) and even after paying so much for the apartment you hardly get 5 EUR off on the parking. It should have been free. That’s the least you expect for the price you pay for apartment. Also road to building entrance goes through few stairs. It’s not accessible for elderly/disabled.
