Apartment Goethe 1

A bit expensive flat but in the heart of the city

Pros: In the centre, convenient beds, big flat, heating ok, many furniture for babies and children. Easy contact with the host.

Cons: Broken blinds, no plus toilette paper, no dishwasher pods, no teflon frying pan. No shelves in one of the bedrooms. The doors were sticking.

Central and spacious

Pros: Very spacious and comfortable apartment for our family of five. Location was perfect and it was easy for us to walk everywhere we needed to go. It was lovely waking up to the church bells every morning.

Pros: Very welcoming host, great communication. Comfortable apartment that is very homey, with good facilities and spacious rooms. Lovely balcony, easy to use kitchen and great location.

Cons: All fine. Ote threre is no elevator to the 3rd floor of whete the apartment is located.

A great location for your stay in beautiful Bolzano

Pros: Right in the heart of the old town, 15 minute walk from the train station and 20 minutes to the cable car. Bakers, supermarkets, restaurants and bars on the doorstep. The apartment is spacious, clean and comfortable. Washing machine is a bonus. Communication with host very easy.

Cons: There is no oven but it does have a microwave and hob, coffee percolator, kettle etc.

Pros: This is a relatively standard apt but very spacious and with a nice balcony/terrace. It is conveniently located with respect to the train station and the center of the historic quarter. The host is very helpful.

Ideal for our trip

Pros: Location was great, very central. Main living area was very spacious, and a handy balcony. Stefan was very helpful and prompt with answers to questions

Cons: Mostly very good, the shower was a bit small but not really a complaint, it was a good size bathroom with a double sink, and a bath as well as the shower

Beautiful apartment in the middle of Bozen

Pros: Very beautiful, clean, and well-maintained apartment in the heart of Bolzano. The kitchen equipment was excellent, including dishwasher tablets, detergent, and spices. The balcony offers a great spot to unwind at the end of the day for those who prefer to stay in. The bedrooms are well-equipped, with comfortable beds, and the bathroom has everything you need. We stayed at Goethe1 for 3 days with our 1.5-year-old son and greatly appreciated the fantastic additional amenities for children (children’s table, dolls, doll stroller). Highly recommended for everyone, especially if you’re traveling with children.

Cons: The apartment is on the second floor, and the stairs are quite steep if you're carrying luggage. Additionally, the knives could have used sharpening. These were not issues for us, but it's worth mentioning.

Great stay in a wonderful city located in a magical scenario

Pros: We had a wonderful stay at the flat. It was cosy, comfortable, and had a charming Italian style that we loved. The flat was located in the heart of Balzano, which made it easy for us to explore the city. One of the standout features of the flat was the balcony, which was a lovely spot to relax and enjoy the views. The living room was spacious, well-furnished, and provided plenty of space for our family to spend time together. We appreciated how quiet the flat was at night, which was especially important since we were travelling with our children. Overall, we highly recommend this flat to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in Balzano.

Cons: Overall, there were no major issues during the experience, but two minor points were noted. Firstly, the water flow in the shower was not particularly strong, although this was only a minor inconvenience. Secondly, the stairs were not spacious enough to easily accommodate a stroller, which made going upstairs more difficult.
