We loved staying there and would definitely stay there again!

Pros: We loved the spaciousness and cleanliness of the apartment and also the excellent location.

Excellent all round. And easy. (Just what we need when travelling).Fantastic for families or larger group.

Pros: Property spotlessly clean. Location central to everything in Old Town. Market square is only a few meters away with great restaurants, shopping and all the fantastic photos opportunities. Very impressive to be woken up with the cathedral bells on the hour. And breakfast on the back veranda off the amazing kitchen is something else whilst listening to the church bells. Washing machine is a plus when travelling/ detergent supplied. Very comfy bed. Great security . Couple Australia

Cons: Apartment on 4th floor and No lifts.

Plenty of space, clean and modern

Pros: The property was larger than I expected and stylishly decorated. The upstairs area with the well-equipped kitchen had space to relax nice with a terrific view from the terrace. There was also a warm welcome at the 'Stay COOPER' office to pick up the keys, a short walk away, and that worked well.

Great location in the heart of Bolzano with sensational views of the Rosengarten mountains.

Pros: The location was excellent in the heart of Bolzano and walkable to all key attractions including the railway and cablecar stations. The property was very well maintained with good facilities. We really appreciated the washing machine! The major bonus was the sensational view of the Rosengarten mountains from the roof top terrace that was off the living/kitchen area. This view alone would have been enough to give the property a top rating. We had very good communication from the property managers over WhatsApp both before our arrival and whenever we needed during our stay. They provided us with good information about things to do in Bolzano. We were also able to have breakfast in the cafe run by Stay Cooper with a 10% discount - a good value option.

Cons: There was only one bathroom/toilet. When travelling as a group of adults this can make things tricky - it would have been great if there was a toilet separate to the bathroom - and even better if there were both a toilet in the bathroom and one stand alone. The bathroom was otherwise excellent - modern with a large walk in shower and large bathtub. Note - this is a walk up apartment on the top floor of the building so make sure you are ready to climb 5 flights of stairs. No problem for us but be warned.

Pros: Extremely clean. Perfect location. Lovely place with a wonderful terrace with a view.

Great spacious apartment with a good view

Pros: The apartment was spacious and comfortable with large balcony and large kitchen. The beds were comfortable. We arrived late because of late trains and the staff waited for us with the keys and helped us finding the correct door by phone 🙂

Cons: We run into some difficulties finding the exact door to the apartment, we arrived in Bolzano in heavy rain and darkness. We would have wanted more hot water for the bathtub and the shower.

Glorious views of Bolzano from Balcony

Pros: The apartment was absolutely beautiful. The views from the balcony were spectacular. The bathroom was the largest we’ve had with a huge bath and shower. Downstairs was so spacious we felt we should’ve stayed longer simply to make more use of the space. The kitchen was immaculate with every necessity and a wonderful oven. We ate in every night because it was so well equipped. Zitlalli was very accommodating and met us earlier at the apartment so we could leave our luggage there to get lunch. She explained the layout of the apartment and we were very appreciative as it was a Sunday and we knew she was going out of her way. Would go back there again. Thoroughly recommend.

Cons: Everything perfect

Pros: Posizione comodissima. Apartamento molto grande. Dotato di tutti servizi..Non adatto ai anziani e persone con disabilità

Cons: Parcheggio purtroppo abbiamo cercato per mezz'ora. Essendo anche ponte dell Immacolata stato molto difficile.

Pros: Lage mitten in der Altstadt - TOP / Die Dachterrasse der pure Luxus mit Blick auf die Dolomiten / Ausstattung Küche / genug Kaffeekapseln für alle / Das Service von Stay Cooper - Schlüssel Nummer 2 sofort bekommen / Installateur für die Heizung sofort da

Cons: Der Fernseher hat keine vernünftigen Kanäle (fast nur polnisch ;) / Beim Bett würde ich mir ein Boxspringbett erwarten - wäre Standard - ein bisschen \

Die perfekte Wohnung mitten in der Altstadt.

Pros: Am meisten hat mir die wunderschöne Terrasse mit dem grandiosen Ausblick und der perfekt eingerichteten Küche und sowie dem großen Bad gefallen. In der Küche fehlt es an nichts. Auch das Schlafzimmer ist sehr schön eingerichtet. Die Matratzen sind super weich. Ich habe sehr gut geschlafen. Der Bäcker ist gleich nebenan. Der Markt um die Ecke und es gibt viele schöne Restaurants in der Nähe. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Cons: An der Beleuchtung des 2. Schlafzimmers könnte noch gearbeitet werden. Eine einfache Glühbirne mit warm weißen Licht würde schon helfen. Die Beleuchtung kommt einem Krankenhaus gleich. Das ist aber nur jammern auf hohem Niveau. Die zwei Zimmer sollten mehr Kleiderbügel haben.
