Pros: Amazing location - very central 2 apartments with shared entry were great for 2 extended families Good facilities and space was lovely. Communication was good.

Cons: Would be helpful if listing advised that apartments were up 3-4 flights stairs with no lift. Unable to control heating yourself.

Charming and Comfortable. Cristina was extremely helpful and charming.

Pros: The location in the center of the city was perfect for walking and grabbing something from a nearby Pasticceria . Many great restaurants nearby.

Cons: The people one floor up were heavy walkers

Aptly named

Pros: The view from the balcony is magnificent. Very spacious apartment, well-furnished, feels like home right away. There is a restaurant patio under the windows, but they're only noisy on the weekend, and even that for a few hours in the evening until about 10-11PM. The apartment is right in the historic center, everything is close by.

Pros: Sehr gute Lage zur Innenstadt und ein fürsorglicher Vermieter.

Cons: Leider sind die Fotos nicht eindeutig den entsprechenden Wohnungen zugeordnet. Balkon war in Ordnung, der auf den Fotos aber größer.

Pros: Ottima posizione nel centro di Bolzano (all'interno della zona pedonale/a traffico limitato) e a due passi dalle principali attrazioni della città. Appartamento molto pulito e spazioso. Il rapporto qualità prezzo è decisamente buono.

Cons: L'appartamento si trova al terzo piano senza ascensore, il che ha richiesto di lasciare il passeggino nell'androne del palazzo. La casa è abbastanza fornita, ma non abbiamo trovato le seguenti cose che sarebbero utili: una brocca per l'acqua, strofinacci da cucina, tovaglioli, pastiglie lavastoviglie e sapone per i piatti. La luce nel corridoio si accende in automatico con un sensore di movimento e si attivava anche muovendosi nel letto se la porta era lasciata aperta.

Pros: Comodissimo essendo al centro di bolzano con possibilità di usufruire con poco anche di parcheggio. Vista bellissima, casa calda ed accogliente

Cons: Attenzione solo alle scale non essendoci l'ascensore (è un problema solo per gli ospiti che abbiano qualche difficoltà)
