A great flat, a great stay, totally recommend.

Pros: The property was well equipped, clean, spacious and had a balcony with view. We met the owners father who was so helpful to us and printed off free bus tickets for us. We could also leave our luggage before check in. There are good restaurants nearby and we would totally recommend Osteria da Marco, excellent food, the restaurant doesn’t look much, but the food and staff were lovely. We would return to this property.

Cons: The last bus left town at 8pm!

Pros: The place was spacious, well equipped kitchen, great facilities, free parking and very kind owner! Since it was hot he gave us fans. 20 min walk to downtown. Good value for price. Great stay, thank you!

Cons: No air conditioner, and we got stuck in the elevator. The neighbors were kind enough to help us.

Cosy Italian vacation with friends

Pros: Everything was perfect. We've got necessary directions from Host regarding the apartments location, the check-in process and how to reach the parking garage for our car. Host was in touch 24/7 and answered all our questions. Also there were some explanations in the apartments regarding the house rules. We've used the Host recommendations and have a dinner at nearby restaurant and that was very tasty! The location of apartments is just around 15 minutes walk from Bolzano centre. During your walk there are a lot of different cosy shops. Moreover, there is a very good supermarket Poly/Regina close to the apartments with underground parking place. We were glad to get such a possibility to visit Bolzano and have 3 nice days there. Many thanks to the Host and till the next Italian vacations :)

Pros: Finding the house was initially a bit challenging due to limited directions, but once additional details were provided, it became very easy to locate. It would be helpful if the instructions for reaching the house were sent earlier (a few hours before check-in), so we would know exactly where to go. The house itself was pleasant and matched the description, including the availability of basic items. However, one suggestion for improvement would be the quality of the sofa bed. If an extra bed is needed beyond the single bedroom, the sofa bed could be more comfortable. Aside from that, everything was as expected for an apartment in an urban setting. We also appreciated the thoughtful touch of providing a ticket for some of the attractions in Bolzano.

Great amenities, very welcome staff!

Pros: Free private parking, in a quiet area of the city, lot of amenities, free baby cot with linens on request, friendly owner

Cons: A bit far by walk to the city centre. If you don’t have a working phone with internet, you can’t access the apartment. Remote check-in is cool, but once entered in the flat you should provide a copy of the key in case of emergency!

Pros: Casa pulita e calda, servizi top e posizione molto buona. Host molto serio e cordiale.

Pros: La vicinanza al centro,il garage e la comodità dei mezzi pubblici. Abbiamo apprezzato molto la turist card che abbiamo utilizzato abbondantemente.

Cons: Ho sentito la mancanza della lavatrice. Pentole troppo grandi

Boa vizinhança em Bolzano

Pros: Apartamento grande, com varanda e demais comodidades. Próximo a mercados e restaurantes. Vizinhos muito solícitos.

Cons: Foi difícil encontrar a garagem, que não é no próprio prédio. Embora seja logo ao lado, não havia numeração e por isso foi dificil ter certeza do local. A rua é estreita, sem possibilidade de estacionar o carro para procurar pela garagem. O apartamento se beneficiaria de ar condicionado. Estava muito quente no período em que nos hospedamos e os ventiladores não eram suficientes.

Wonderful apartment in Bolzano

Pros: The location was great, quiet area, free parking as we were traveling with a car. Several supermarkets nearby and the apartment was very clean, spacious with great appliances and a wonderful Mountain View. Great little balcony and the host had left really good coffee for us to use. Host was very responsive and although the apartment did not have A/C as most places in Bolzano don’t, she had left fans in the apartment which were great to have

Cons: Space would greatly benefit from an A/C unit but most of the apartments did not have A/C

Pros: Garage sécurisé, proximité café restaurant. Appartement au top, très bien équipé avec balcon
