Pros: Franz, home was just so lovely and super clean. Everything had been thought of. Franz was excellent at communication. Location easy and close on public transport. Neighbour hood was lovely. Would definitely stay again.

Pros: Clean and had everything we needed for a couple of nights. Being able to book and enter property at short notice when we couldn’t get a campsite. A nice break from camping but still within a reasonable budget. Allocated parking.Easy access to tourist attractions in Bolzano

Best place to stay in Bolzano

Pros: Wow, what can I say except that the apartment was amazing. Firstly it was in a great location near supermarkets, cafes & Restaurants. Secondly it was on the ground floor so no lugging luggage up endless flights of stairs and we found it easy to get a street parking spot just outside the front door. The apartment looked newly renovated with all the mod cons so we were very comfortable. The host provided tea, coffee, oil, vinegar, sugar, salt & pepper as well as dishwashing liquid, sponges, tea towels etc, which doesn't sound like much but you'd be surprised at how many properties in Italy do not provide these basics. Also the apartment was very warm and had lots of hot water for a shower. The apartment has a separate bedroom and the bed & pillows were comfortable. The internet was fast and we were able to watch YouTube on the TV. Thanks Franz for our best stay in Italy yet.

Pros: Piccolo appartamentino, ben curato, pulito, accogliente, piano terra Silenzioso direi ambiente molto rilassante e piacevole assessorato di tutto

Cons: Non mi è piaciuto il fatto che quando siamo arrivate e la struttura ha anche il parcheggio al posto del parcheggio abbiamo trovato una moto. Abbiamo chiamato il proprietario il quale ci ha detto mi dispiace ma che colpa ne ho io ci sono persone cafone. Questo non è stato carino, perché il titolare poteva quantomeno dire vedrò di provvedere abbiate pazienza e magari rispondere in maniera diversa da come ha risposto questo è stato molto sgradevole

Pros: La place de parking privée, la grandeur de l'appartement avec deux chambres une pour les parents et une pour les enfants (avec chacun un lit), deux salles de bain.

Cons: Hormis la surprise de ne pas être prévenus que nous étions dirigés par l'hôte vers un autre appartement que celui que nous avions choisi, nous avons été dérangés par l'odeur d'humidité dans la partie sous sol où se trouvait une salle de bain et nos chambres. Ce fut très désagréable pendant la nuit. Si ce désagrément trouvait une solution, l'appartement serait au top .
