Nature Wellness Hotel Renato

A fantastic hotel, staff and facilities we’re fantastic and the food was lovely.

Pros: Great location, really friendly staff and amazing food.

Pros: The rooms were very nice and spacious. The complimentary afternoon tea was very nice. The spa facilities were great and the staff was very helpful and polite.

Cons: Transport service provided by the hotel to and from the slopes was a bit limited.

Pros: Excellent location close to the Pera–Ciampedie mountain cable car. The SPA area and the outdoor pool are very pleasant and relaxing. The rooms are clean and well maintained, and the staff are extremely kind and helpful. Special praise goes to Francesco for his outstanding service.

Amazing stay

Pros: The staff was very kind and polite. The hotel was very clean. The pool area was nice. There is a separate relax area for adults with sauna, steam room, sofas. A bigger pool area indoor and outdoor, kids play slide, hot tub, showers. We had half board and the food was absolutely delicious. For breakfast there is a buffet and for dinner a buffet of appetiser full of different options. They also have mini club service in the afternoon till evening. Kids are entertained in a playroom full of games. The hotel has free parking and 2 minibus away from the town center. (The town is very small) Overall we had a really great stay. 2 adults and one child, 5 years old. I would recommend this hotel

Cons: Overall it was all good. Maybe the room is a little small but we managed well anyway.

Pros: It was amazing! The pool, both inside and outside is great, with lovely views. Very child friendly. Staff are very nice Dinner was great :)

Cons: Breakfast could be better with more vegetables. Too bad they won’t let you sit outside to eat when the weather is nice

Perfect stay

Pros: The hotel and servis were perfect. SPA, breakfast, location, personal, parking also very good. We would like to return there one more time.

A great stop.

Pros: What a find this was! Beautiful setting looking over the mountains and a beautifully kept property. We received a warm welcome from a young lady on reception who was trying to learn English and directed to very comfortable bedrooms with stunning views. Great bathroom and large powerful shower. Dinner was an experience - a great one. Welcomed into dining room by the very friendly Samuel. We had gone for a two night stay here so had opted for the H/B option and what a good decision that was. Four course meal and all courses were excellent. Presentation was outstanding. Breakfast was another treat with freshly squeezed orange juice and really good scrambled egg. Due to a ‘snow day ‘ we cancelled plans to do a few passes and had a relaxing day in the spa instead. Again beautiful views and a lovely inside/outside swimming pool. A nice experience in the snow.

Cons: Only let down here was the coffee.

Amazing!!

Pros: We planned to use this hotel as a base to do some of the mountain passes however it snowed and we stayed in at the hotel and made use of the spa. It was fabulous. Lovely pool and beds to look out over the mountains. Erica was fab with my massage. The outdoor pool opened at 1 pm and oh my! It was heated and you could just see the snow on the mountains! Breakfast was amazing with freshly squeezed orange juice from oranges in a machine. We were also half board here which was a good idea as there aren't really any proper restaurants in area. There are some bars serving food. Dinner was a buffet starter, then a starter,then a main and dessert. Of particular mention should be Samuele who was very helpful and friendly. As was the lovely girl on reception who is learning English.

Cons: A little hard to find. The outside of the hotel just says Hotel Renato which threw us.

A lovely stay!!

Pros: We loved our stay at the Renato hotel! We stayed a family of five during August. The rooms we got were excellent - very comfortable and spacious, with porches. The facilities were really nice - including indoor and outdoor pools, whirlpool, a fitness club, kids club and a wellness center with massages - we enjoyed all of these facilities, after a hike in nature during the day. The food at breakfast and dinner (we had half-board) and also at the afternoon snack time were really good. The service was beyond expectations - starting with the lovely receptionists - Eliza and Paula, and with the waiters, especially Samuel. We really recommend this hotel.

Cons: No air conditioning. During the evening there is good wind but still air conditioning would be better.

Excellent hotel and nice and very service minded staff

Pros: Very nice People - very service minded. The facilities and our room were also nice, tidy and clean. Excellent location in beautiful Vigo/Vich. A good starting point for hiking. We had a car and there are numerous trails starting within a 30 minute drive - as well as from Vigo itself. We had a very good experience and we will return 😀
