Pros: Our rooms were very comfortable, nice furniture, comfortable beds, large bathroom with hydromassage, two flat tv sets with plenty live tv channels. The hotel is in a good location near to the ski resort cableway, with a continuous minibus service from the hotel te the cableway station The food is abundant and delicious. The staff is very polite, friendly and ready to assist for everything. We had a relaxing time in the afternoon in the spa&wellness center very well equipped with a variety of options to relax.

Dream ski destination

Pros: The hotel provided everything we could wish for, and it was all included in the price. The food was always interesting, fresh, and abundant. The bar and restaurant are run by a manager named Radu who was exceptional. The kids loved his personal interactions, and he made an impression on all of us throughout our stay. The rooms were warm and comfortable, and the wellness center was a treat after our daily skiing trips. This hotel deserves 4 stars...

Cons: I really can't think of anything we didn't like. It may be good to request a room further away from the elevator. We had a hired car, which was the perfect choice due to the location . There are free garages available at the hotel.

Pros: We got a really good service The hotel offers quality service around the clock For kids a good club with fun activities. Slides. Climbing wall. Pool ( nicely warm ) For the adults they offer a great spa with all the amenties for free. The food is delicious a great vriety and very good quality. 3 course dinner. We loved the baffe with all variants of salads and cheese. Breakfast is excellent to. We were plesently surprised from the tiled floor. We were annoyed from carpeted flour as mentioned at booking. Probably the rooms had been renovated recently. We had a quiet sleep with a wonderful views. Very good quality of toiletiers. Everyday there was a quite variant skiers buffe. With complimentary tea and soft drinks. It is the perfect hotel for a family on a ski vacation.

Cons: Only few minor things that didnt matter to us really. Double bed was made from 2 single beds. Shatters not blocking the sun light ( we woke up any way when still it was dark. The hotel is located quite far away from vigo di fassa. But there is a good shuttle service wich we didnt use. We drove every day around 10 min to the lift. It was easy to park along the pist . It was not possible to rent snowboard from the hotel so we rented outside the hotel. Overall we had a very good vacation And are hoping to come again on our next ski vacation

A perfect mountain hotel for all kind of travelers!

Pros: Everything! Very friendly and nice staff, comfortable rooms with balcony and beautiful view, perfect wellness/spa, variety of delicious food etc.

Very pleasant hotel with friendly staff

Pros: Nice staff, possibility of having a dog. Arround place for walking with s dog. Wellness nice, but cold water in whirlpool. Good offer for dinner and free bufet.

Cons: Limited offer of hot breakfast. Every day only scrambled eggs and bacon. Pool for children accessible only afternoon.

We enjoyed every moment there.

Pros: Position, view, breakfast, staff I have to mention the waiter/manager of the dining part - Radu, who was exceptional, loving and patient with children. Great hospitality.

Cons: Our standard room was like a match box😂 very small. If someone needs more space like myself, ask for a room with 4 beds.

Vacanza in famiglia.

Pros: È stata una vacanza indimenticabile, grazie allo staff dell'hotel che ha organizzato tutto alla perfezione siamo riusciti non solo a vedere nostro figlio sciare ma anche a sciare io e il mio compagno, lo staff incredibile del miniclub ha conquistato nostro figlio e si occupava personalmente si riportarlo, dopo le lezioni alla scuola sci, all'hotel con gli altri bambini, dove veniva servito loro il pranzo e successivamente venivano portati al meraviglioso miniclub pieno di giochi. La struttura offre davvero tantissimi servizi interessanti, ed è perfetta per le famiglie. La navetta dell'hotel si occupa no stop di fare viaggia avanti e indietro dagli impianti, ci siamo sentiti davvero rilassati durante tutta la vacanza, soprattutto nella la meravigliosa spa dotata di ogni confort, camere molto belle, letti comodi, bagno spazioso e camera con balcone. Torneremo sicuramente.

Cons: Il cibo era abbastanza buono, nulla di eccezionale ma si può fare di meglio, comunque la scelta era molto varia. La pulizia delle camere poteva essere effettuata con più cura quando rientravamo dalla giornata di sci, la polvere negli angoli e alcune ragnatele nel soffitto con le travi a vista, e spolverare soprattutto sotto al letto.

Pros: Hotel bardzo mile nas zaskoczył. Położony w pięknej, klimatycznej wiosce, widok z okna pokoju mieliśmy zachwycający. Trochę na uboczu ale nam to nie przeszkadzało, poza wyjazdem na stok, nie mieliśmy potrzeby z niego wychodzić. Pokoje czyste, komfortowe. Sam hotel bardzo rodzinny, panowała domowa atmosfera. Byliśmy zachwyceni strefą wellness Sauny i cudowne jacuzzi koiły nasze zmęczone po nartach mięśnie. Duży plus za dostęp do tej strefy tylko dla dorosłych . Nasz syn też był mega zadowolony z pobytu, ilość rożnych zajęć i animacji, basen , zjeżdżalnia i sala zabaw sprawiły ,że nie miał czasu na nudę . Nie mogę nie wspomnieć o jedzeniu, które było cudowne, codziennie inne dania na kolacje, na śniadania bardzo duży wybór, wspaniałe ciasta. Wróciliśmy z 2 kg do przodu, ale było przepysznie. Podsumowując - na pewno będziemy chcieli wrócić :)
